For Migraine "I love Ubrelvy! My migraines are severe and chronic. I get at least 7-8 vascular migraines a month, and they can last for days. I've taken many different drugs over the past 10 years or so. This is why I had little trouble getting insurance to pay for it. Maxalt was losing its effectiveness, not to mention the drowsiness, muscle pain, and mental fog it would cause was wearing on me. It made it difficult to go to work and drive because I was always worried about getting a migraine and either not being able to drive home or having to wait for treatment until it was too late for it to work. I feel like Ubrelvy works as good as, if not better than, Maxalt. One 100 mg pill gets rid of 7 out of 10 migraines, but it always at least eases the pain. The only side effect I get is an upset stomach if I haven't eaten anything. It can be very painful and nauseating, but food seems to do the trick for me. Once I eat, I'm good, and I can drive and treat a headache at work!"

For Migraine "For more than thirty years, I have rarely had more than one migraine a month, usually a week before my period. Excedrin Migraine occasionally helped lessen the severity of my symptoms (nausea, intestinal distress, fatigue, light and smell sensitivity, and, of course, the feeling of a drill going through one side of my head). Recently, I began experiencing weekly migraines. After a month and a half, I asked my doctor for an Rx for Ubrelvy, which I’d heard about on TV. The next time I started to feel migraine symptoms, I took the lowest dose, one pill. An hour later, I felt a bit groggy and postdromish, but the migraine was gone. For me, truly a miracle. I have used it for three subsequent migraines, all with the same result. This is the best thing that has ever happened to me, medically speaking. Maybe it only works well for people like me, who don’t get migraines as often."

For Migraine "My neurologist prescribed me Ubrelvy for my migraines. I tend to get them around my menstrual cycle. I was scared to try it after reading all the scary reviews, but last night decided to give it a try. I took 25 mg with a piece of toast at night in case I got sleepy. About 2 hours later, the migraine was gone. This morning when I woke up, I was surprised how good I felt. I'm sensitive to a lot of meds, but didn't have any horrible side effects to Ubrelvy. It gave me a slight stomach ache and a little dry mouth, but that's about it. I wish I would've tried it sooner. I'm glad I finally found something to cure my horrible migraines!"

For Migraine "This Ubrelvy definitely works for the migraine pain, but the side effects were not fun for me at all. Stomach issues, felt very out of it, and a very bad heat intolerance. I'm bummed because it did work for me, but the side effects are not worth it."

For Migraine "This is my 3rd time taking it. The first time I took it, then after 2 hours, stomach ache and diarrhea, I thought maybe I ate something. The second time I took it, then 2-3 hours later, stomach cramps and diarrhea again, thinking, hmm, what's going on with me? Maybe I need to see GI. And today I took it this morning because of a very bad migraine attack, then after 1 hour, stomach cramps and diarrhea again. Is it because of this medication? I'm not going to take it anymore."

For Migraine "Took 50 mg Ubrelvy tablet for the first time two nights ago. The drug took 2-3 hours to work, but it did dispatch my stubborn migraine (of several days’ duration). Side effects were noticeable the following day and night. They included extreme leg cramps (back of left thigh), nausea, stomach pain and stomach cramps, dry mouth, dehydration, excessive thirst, a horrible taste in my mouth, and olfactory distortions. Everything smelled like cigarettes. While I was relieved that this drug got rid of my migraine, I probably won't take it again. Triptans, Fioricet, Prednisone, and Aimovig have helped dislodge them with less onerous side effects."

For Migraine "I suffer from vestibular migraines, most doctors don’t even understand what they are. They just think, oh migraines, nope, they are different. I have tried so many meds with no relief. The most recent was Ubrelvy. It knocked the migraine down from a 10 to a 5. However, I was so sick to my stomach: severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea two hours after taking it. I was up all night with a severe upset stomach. I tried Zofran, Nexium, and Tums. Nothing worked. Then I felt fatigued all day the next day, like a hangover, and the migraine is creeping its way back in."

For Migraine "Ubrelvy takes forever to kick in - that's my one complaint. It is an hour+ to start working. Occasionally, it can be hard on your stomach, but I haven't run into too many problems. Once it does, the head pain is gone. I still have other symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, body pains, but the head pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain are gone. It can make you tired as well, but it's hard for me to tell if the tiredness is the migraine or the drugs, so it is not a pronounced drugged-up feeling. Sometimes I have to take a follow-up pill a few hours later if the first doesn't work. Given how long it takes to kick in, the sooner you notice a migraine coming on and the faster you take a pill, the better. The problem is, since it is expensive, you definitely don't want to waste pills either. I am allowed 10 pills, 100mg dose per refill. Supposedly, there are no rebound headaches, but I am unsure if mine are rebound ever."

For Migraine "I’ve been diagnosed with cluster headaches. Ubrelvy diminished my pain after two hours, and the pain was basically gone about 15 hours later. But then, approximately 30 hours later, I was extremely nauseous, had terrible stomach cramps, and started vomiting. Six hours later, I’m only just starting to feel better, and I feel like I’m getting another headache. I’ve been using Tosymra with good results, but it causes extreme nerve pain for about 30 minutes. However, I will never take Ubrelvy again."
