"I used letrozole 2.5 × 2 in 1 month and also take Lupin 75 injection. I expected this month to conceive, but with my bad luck I didn't. I don't know what to do. We've been trying to get pregnant for 2 years, but no positive result. I have PCOS problem. Wish me luck, friend."

"I have been seeking to get pregnant for years. I have already started IVF and have an embryo. I am getting ready for a transfer. My doctor prescribed a couple of medications, one was letrozole. This drug got me pregnant, and I wasn't even paying attention to intercourse due to already having an embryo. I had sex when I felt like it. Boom! I got pregnant. Unfortunately, my HCG levels started dropping."

"I got pregnant on my first cycle with this drug, letrozole. Unfortunately, the pregnancy was unsuccessful. I've since been taking it for four months, with obvious signs of ovulation. I'm confident it will work again."

"It took me 5 years to have my daughter who is now 14. When my daughter turned one, I found out that I had a miscarriage, which made me want to try for another baby. After 12 years and 5 miscarriages later, I was really concerned that I wouldn't have any more children. I was very blessed to get my daughter! I tried 4 other treatments from different doctors, but when I went to a new OBGYN that gave me letrozole 2.5mg, I thought it would just be another fail. With a lot of prayers going up, God answered and said this prescription is the one that will work for your body. He blessed me with a healthy baby boy. He's now 14 months old, and we didn't have any issues at all. Everything went according to plan. We're actually going back to the OBGYN to try again so he'll have a sibling to grow up with! Oh yeah, I don't want to forget to mention that it actually worked with the first prescription we took, the first month of it!"

"I got pregnant with letrozole after 1 year and a half of trying to conceive. My 1st OB prescribed me with clomid, and I took it for 3 months, but it did not work. My 2nd OB prescribed me with letrozole, but I had no luck for 3 consecutive months. The 2nd OB then gave me clomid for 2 consecutive months, but still no luck. The 3rd OB gave me clomid for 1 cycle and gave me trigger shots, but still no luck. For the next cycle, we tried again with no medicine intake and experienced a chemical pregnancy. I then transferred to a 4th OB, and they prescribed me with letrozole again with 1 hucog trigger shot for the 1st try of IUI, but still no luck. The 5th OB gave me another cycle of letrozole before the IUI procedure, but still no luck. The next cycle came, and I was still prescribed letrozole, but this time we returned to timing method. I am now 20 weeks pregnant!!! God bless all women praying for a baby. We can do this!!"

"I tried to get pregnant unsuccessfully for 6 years and then was prescribed letrozole by a fertility specialist. On my third round of letrozole, I found out I was pregnant at about 5 weeks. My son has just celebrated his first birthday. I am now on my first round of letrozole journey for baby number 2."

"I took letrozole along with an HCG shot last month (as trying to get pregnant) and ovulated, but still got periods. I am planning to take the letrozole again this month. But may not be able to take the HCG shot because of the (COVID) lockdown of the city. Hope it works. And deserve the happiness of motherhood."

"I have done 4 cycles of Femara 5 mg from day 2 to 6 with no luck, even though I ovulated on my day 15. My Dr. has increased the dose to 7.5 mg a day, hoping for the ultrasound to show the number and size of follicles. Please wish me luck, been trying for 5 months to get pregnant."

"Let’s start with me having a miscarriage back in February. Didn’t know what caused it and kept trying TC from March - I lost hope each month I tested and got negative after negative. I was completely lost. I reached out to a new OB-GYN. He immediately had me get blood work done to make sure all my levels - hormones were good and I was lacking nothing. Everything was good, as expected. He then prescribed me meds to induce my period, came like clockwork. He then prescribed me Letrozole, a 5-day supply. At that point, I didn’t expect anything, no positive test that month or the next. I was completely without hope due to February’s miscarriage… 4 days prior to my period, I tested positive! I was completely shocked. I kept telling my boyfriend, I don’t think this will stick this month, I don’t think I’ll be pregnant, it wouldn’t be my luck. And here I am, 4w 5d pregnant, HCG level of 365, normal range! Letrozole, a miracle!!!!"

"I took letrozole 2.5 mg last month, and one egg got matured as well, but did not conceive. This time, the doctor increased the dose from 2.5 mg to 5 mg and gave the shots as well. I am 11 DPO and hoping for the best. Baby dust to all of you."

"I wanted to post on here to share my story and give women who are currently TTC hope, as I was in their shoes not only a few days ago. My partner and I had been trying to conceive for over a year, and due to my PCOS condition, we knew it would be more difficult. We followed all our doctor's orders. First, we went to a GP who then referred us to a fertility specialist who prescribed me 2.5 mg of letrozole taken cycle days 2-6. The first cycle I ovulated (confirmed with a blood test), but no pregnancy. In the 2nd cycle, I kept track of my BBT and cervical mucus. I only noticed one day where my CM was egg white and stretchy. I recorded everything on the Fertility Friend app. I started testing from 7 DPO, one each day-sometimes two, because I have no self-control. Finally, my first BFP arrived at CD15. Please don’t lose hope. It does work. May this story inspire you to hang in there and keep at it."

"I would like to share my experience. I've been in TTC since July 2019 and tried letrozole for a couple of months now. Got my period on November 20, December 20, and January 20. However, as of this time, I still don't have my period yet. Based on my period tracker, I ovulated on February 9. Technically, more or less, I'm now 18 DPO. I took a pregnancy test multiple times but still negative. I will visit my OB this coming Saturday to check why my period is late."

"TTC for 3 years. Diagnosed with PCOS, having the implant in before didn't help! Started my first cycle of Letrozole: 2.5 mg, 2 tablets for 5 days on days 2-6 of the cycle. Trying to stay positive! Sending you all baby dust."

"Been reading some testimony right now. To lift up my hope on conceiving. I have been TTC for 4 years since we married. I've been on many cycles of Clomid but no luck, switched with another OB, and now I am on Femara 2.5 mg day 3-7 and right now on my day 31, still not having my periods. With all your posts of success, my hopes make me strong and believe that it will work by the will of God. Blessings and prayers for everyone."

"I started my first round of letrozole 2.5 mg this month. I pray I see a positive result. My cycle is supposed to start next week. I have been trying to get pregnant for 8 years. I did have fibroids. I had them removed and now I'm dealing with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I have both of them under control now, thank God. I do have a 15-year-old daughter already, but my fiancé and I are trying to have a baby together. So, I hope and pray this medicine works. Y'all pray for us. Thank you."

"I had been trying to conceive for nearly four years until a private consultant prescribed me letrozole. It took me five cycles before I conceived, and now I'm 12 weeks pregnant, so please don't lose hope if it doesn't work in the first couple of cycles, as it can take time for your body to respond to it, and it really does work!"

"My fertility doctor put me on 2.5 mg of Letrozole in the beginning of March, and I'm trying for my first baby. I did timed intercourse and did everything right, and ended up ovulating but did not get pregnant. AF came a little later than usual. I haven't been told that I have PCOS, so I'm assuming I'm having unexplained infertility. I am now about to start my second cycle of Letrozole 2.5 mg. Let's hope I get my positive!"

"I was on Clomid, never had a side effect. Once they switched me to letrozole (Femara), I got the same response as Clomid, but in 10 days of my first dose, my hair started falling out in bald patches. The doctor said no, it could be stress. Once I started my second dose, I got a few more patches in 10 days. I am still suffering from alopecia. The doctor finally admitted it’s one of the side effects, it happens to 5.5%, so be careful, ladies. Heads up."

"So I started my letrozole 2.5 mg last month and had a positive ovulation on September 6th. Then on day 21, I got my progesterone test. They said it was 16.5 and said it was good, anything over 15, but I still don't know what this means, if I will carry a pregnancy or not?"

"I have PCOS and was prescribed this medication. I took a dose of 2.5 mg for 5 days, and the first cycle didn't work. The doctor increased the dose, and I took it for 8 days, it gave the right size of egg. He did the HCG shot, but no results for 5 cycles. So, so low, but trying the 6th cycle now. Please pray for me that it works."

"The best tablet for getting ovulate and conceive. Please connect with your doctor to find out the root cause of your issue and then do take tablets accordingly. If the doctor suggests you letrozole, please don't hesitate in taking the medication since this will fulfill your wish of getting pregnant. This is from my personal experience, I suggest. Even though in the first cycle it didn't work out, don't give up, please try till the doctor suggests. I had irregular periods due to hormonal imbalance since my puberty. After finding the root cause, I took letrozole and in the third cycle, I got pregnant. In the first cycle, it didn't work out with the tablet, but with the second cycle, it actually worked, but due to personal issues, it didn't form a baby and I got my periods at the correct time. After getting my periods at the correct date, I got really the best hope and took the tablet for the third cycle and the miracle happened. God blessed us. Please take anything with the advice of physicians. Thanks."

"I have suffered with PCOS for years and have never been pregnant before. My partner and I have had unprotected sex for about 5 years. He has low sperm morphology. We were told to have IVF/ICSI straight away, but then a different fertility nurse told me to try letrozole just in case. I was certain it wouldn’t work. I was prescribed 2.5 mg days 2-6. The first month it didn’t work, despite us having timed sex and having ovulation confirmed by ultrasound. No trigger shot or blood tests. On the second month (this month!), it worked! I still can’t believe it. Had blazing positive tests on 10 dpo. One thing I would say is that on both months, my boobs were VERY sore, so maybe this is a side effect of letrozole instead of pregnancy. I also had mild headaches on both rounds. Aside from this, letrozole has been absolutely fine, and I haven’t had any serious side effects, I’d have happily continued taking it if I didn’t get pregnant. Don’t lose hope!!! 10/10 from me."

"I got pregnant this year, April 2021, and later had a miscarriage. My husband and I tried for some months, later, nothing happened. Later in July, I went to the hospital, and the doctor said I have PCOS. He recommended Clomid. I took it that same month during my menstrual cycle, then later went to a scan on the 12th day. The doctor said my eggs were still small, then he gave me Metformin to take one per day for a month and then gave me Letrozole to take on my next cycle, which is August. And the good news is that finally, God answered my prayer, today, being the 9th of September, I used a pregnancy strip, and it was positive... All thanks to Almighty God."

"It's my 4th month. First month on 2.5, then 5 mg. Third and fourth month on 7.5 mg and no luck. Feeling so discouraged. I have PCOS, but not the classic kind of PCOS, and didn't think it would be so hard to conceive. If anyone has advice, I’d really appreciate it. Just feel like giving up."

"I took Clomid, and it was unsuccessful with ovulation. The doctor then advised me to take letrozole 5 mg. I took that in cycle 1 and started my periods on day 35. I have now taken it for my second cycle, however, I am due to start my periods in 3 days. Wish me luck."
