Throat hurts when swallowing and yawning?

It's been almost a week, the pain in the same. It's not from a cold, my nose doesn't run but I do cough but spontaneously and it's more a dry cough that also hurts.

Has anyone experienced burning after swallowing nortriptyline?

I take two capsules nightly. Some times I do not drink much liquid when taking the medicine. If I have to burp or something of that sort, it feels like the powder works it's way up my throat and out of my nose. Bad burning sensation.

I have had like a loose piece of skin or something that feels like it in my throat for a few days?

no pain or trouble swallowing,,, just feels like maybe some loose skin or tissue,,, not a big piece,,, mostly just irritating no pain and feeling ok other wise,,, maybe a little anxiety but no pain or trouble swallowing

Will Bactrim treat strep throat??

I was diagnosed with strep throat and an antibiotic was called in for me. I currently have no insurance, and don't really have money to spare. (I'm allergic to amoxicillin) I do have a full dose of Bactrim I was recently given but never took. Will that treat the strep throat?

Is prednisone good to help with strep throat, along with amoxicillin?

I have strep throat and the doctor gave me amoxicillin and prednisone. Is it OK to take the prednisone? Will it help me get better faster?

I used one a day oxybutynin and the dry mouth (and throat) was difficult to live with. I need the medicine and want to fight the dry mouth best way possible. Also... Will using non-slow-release be better? I don't mind taking more than one a day.
