How does Elavil affect blood glucose levels in people w/diabetes?

I take 90 mg Cymbalta daily for pain management for Fibromyalgia; my therapist has recommended an anti-depressant for Major Depressive Disorder that is in a Moderate state and has been for 6+ months.
Gastroparesis and taking my meds, a delay in meds working?
Ever since I was diagnosed in '07/2011, it seems to me that it takes much longer for my meds to take affect. I have a pacemaker implanted to make my stomach work. Recent med changes. Higher dose of Lamictal. Trazadone and added prazosin. Sorry if I misspelled these. I know some of it may be hormones. But since the med changes it's like I've gone swimming. Night sweats then chills and trembling. I need some relief!

Problems w/ Linzess. I've been taking Linzess for a little over two months now?

Lyrica recommended dose for high pain?
My cousing diagnosed with fibro. and take this pill 150mg at evening 7 pm for 2 months but did not affected, not doctor raised to 225mg , I just read everyone take this 1 morning and 1 evening, so, should she take 150mg at 8a.m. and 8p.m. (daily 300mg) or continue with slow doctors dose raising?
