Is nabumentone the same as gabapentin?

No not the same at all. Gabapentin is used for nerve pain generally, and nabumetone is used as an anti inflammatory. It also comes with many more side effects than Gabapentin. If your problem is inflammation than there are probably safer drugs to be on, but if your problem is nerve pain then Gabapentin is the best I know of. I take 2400 mgs. a day of Gabapentin and no side effects at all!
Heavens no nabumetone is an Nsaid and gabapentin is an antiepileptic med.
