"I am on my second dose of 2.5. I have not had any side effects. It has helped me by reducing food noise. The only issue is what to cook for meals because I don't have cravings. However, I know I need to keep my protein levels up and get fruits and vegetables. It's a process of relearning how to eat. I am not sure if I have lost any weight yet, but I'm focusing on eating healthy for now."

"I am 72 years old, starting weight of 210 on June 13, 2024. 1 month of 2.5 mg, then been on 5 mg. Absolutely no side effects. August 14, 2024, down to 189. Never hungry. Was concerned this was slow weight loss with reviews of 20 in one month. These reviews were reassuring to me."

"16 weeks now on Zepbound. I am down 27 lbs. 5’5’ 170 lbs now 143 lbs. Had high cholesterol. This is a great product but you have to be ready to eat healthy too. Protein shake in the am. Protein bar in the afternoon. Try Fuffil bars. Walmart sells them, they are amazing. Salads, salmon, pork, chicken, veggies for dinner. Try Sobol, they have a great green smoothie and healthy fruit options. Kodiak products are good too. No side effects, but I chose to stay at 5 mg. No need to go up. I have so much energy now, work out 6 days a week. It’s a new me, and I’m loving it."

"I started Zepbound at 2.5. My weight was 249 and I'm 5'2''. I've lost 34 lbs starting in July. I went up to 7.5 and was doing great. Then the third dose, all the side effects started in spades. I started vomiting, no appetite, tired all the time. I drink water all the time (and I'm a reformed soda drinker). I'm suddenly itchy all the time. The weight loss has slowed down. But I'm not giving up in order to get my knee replacement. This comment section makes me feel like I'm not alone. Thanks for listening. Oh, the one thing that could make me quit is the price is ridiculous! I'm running out of money."

"I have just started Zepbound 2.5 - 3 days ago. The injection did not hurt - in fact, I didn't feel it at all. I have not had any side effects that I noticed. I have noticed I have no appetite. I'm going to keep a diary of what I eat so I make sure I get enough protein. Also, I started taking a gummy multivitamin. I will check back and keep you all apprised of my progress!"

"56 yr female, 257 lbs (20 years post gastric bypass). Started Zepbound 11/3 2.5 mg. Lost 12 lbs in the first 4 weeks. Minimal side effects until week 3-4. Felt dizzy, headaches, lethargic though likely due to not enough calories. 1st 5 mg dose yesterday and feel great so far. Absolutely no food noise or cravings since the 1st shot. No issues at all with the injection site or pain. Will stay at 5 mg as long as I can before increasing. This medication has been a life changer for me. I was hesitant due to reported side effects as I researched for over a year before I decided to move forward. My insurance denied, I appealed and got the decision overturned. Meds currently covered at 100%, thankfully. I am exercising though I have always walked. I am not a big eater to start with, the difference is I no longer crave foods. I eat because I have to, so I make better food choices. Looking forward to continuing on the path I am currently on."

"I started using Zepbound on October 31st of this year. The beginning dosage was 2.5 mg. I started to lose 1-3 lbs. a week. The dosage was increased to 5 mg, which I started on the 4th week. Current total loss of 11.5 lbs. My provider has suggested that I increase the dose to 7.5 mg for my next refill. I do have side effects: nausea, constipation, dry mouth. My appetite has diminished, but I have to make a conscientious effort to eat. Cravings for specific foods have gone as well. I have a fear of needles, but do not feel the injections or any discomfort associated with normal 'shots.' Overall, my experience has been a good one, but it is still early."

"Zepbound was life-changing. After 4 months, I am down 67 lbs. The food noise is gone, and my life doesn't revolve around food anymore. I do not use food to self-medicate. I use food to live for the first time. After regaining weight 25 years after a gastric bypass, this changed my life. I had some minor headaches but really no other side effects except weight loss!"

"First dose 2.5 today, and already my appetite is none. I only ate a very small portion plate and drank nothing but water. It wasn't until I tried to have my daily cup of coffee when I felt very nauseated after only a few steps. Day 1, and I'm here to say I know it's going to work out (I'm hoping I can build my coffee/frappe tolerance back up, I LOVE my coffee)."

"Have lost approximately 25 lbs in about 4.5 months. No major side effects. Occasional constipation, but I'm taking fiber supplement gummies, which help with regularity. Taking 7.5 mg dosage at present. Will increase to 10 mg next refill. I feel full for longer periods, which has helped control hunger bingeing. My goal would be to drop another 25-30 lbs. Still looking to start an exercise routine, which I can commit to, but life's demands interrupt my progress. I'm very grateful for this medicine."

"It has been incredible! I’m losing about a pound a day in the first two weeks. Zero negative effects, all positives! I’m paying for it completely on my own, about $1,200 a month. It’s helping me get back into my healthy habits with exercise. I’m feeling very satisfied, even at this price."

"I've been on the shot for 5 months now, and at first, the appetite suppression was strong, with no side effects. After I went up in dose month two, I had extreme bloating and nausea to the point where I nearly took myself to the emergency room. Since then, the side effects have gone down, and the only one I deal with regularly is heartburn. Ask your doctor for Zantac and keep it and Tums on you at all times. Thankfully, it has mostly subsided, and I'm down 80 pounds with moderate exercise in 5 months. I have basically 0 appetite most days and have grown to work with it. I'd give it a 4/5. It's not easy, but if you're serious about losing weight and taking back control of your body, do it. Make sure you work out and follow a strict diet while you're doing it to get the most out of the medication. ALSO! Go to the manufacturer Lilly's website and sign up for the savers card. Saves me $300 a month with insurance."

"Outstanding! 59 yr old male. Started this journey at 251 lb. Just wrapping up the first month of 2.5 mg and have already dropped 15 lb! Down to 236! Moving to the 5 mg next week and cannot wait to keep moving forward! Other than a few extra burps, no side effects to speak of! The cost is an issue until I hit my deductible (as I have a high deductible plan), but if I am gonna meet the deductible, it may as well be sooner rather than later! This stuff is a game changer! No longer constantly thinking about the next meal!"

"So far it’s working well. I’ve been on it for 5 weeks and lost about 25 lbs. I started at the 2.5 for the first four weeks, then this week was 5.0. I haven’t had many side effects, just really making sure I’m eating a lot of fiber. Staying away from as much refined sugar as possible, very little bread, no soda, low-fat milk, and not much. Basically meat, vegetables, and fruits. It really does curb appetite, and be careful not to eat too much or too fast, you can feel your stomach has slowed, it’s kind of crazy. A couple of times I had some gas pains but not bad and a slight aching feeling. Those are the only symptoms I have experienced. I think so far it’s worth it. I feel so much better and really have more energy! I needed something to help me get started, and seeing and feeling the difference has encouraged me to keep going and make life changes for the future. My plan is to lose more weight and change my lifelong habits. I really recommend it to anyone who needs a jump start, it really helps."

"I started on a low dosage (0.25 mg/weekly) two weeks ago. It actually decreased the appetite without any side effects. I am exercising due to an increase in energy. I actually eat one meal a day, I only eat until I am full. I tried to eat more but got very nauseous. At the end of two weeks, I have lost 30 lbs. The exercise allows me to keep my muscle mass. It's great to be able to move more easily. One side effect I noticed also was increased focus in my thought patterns. It is a blessing for that. Multi-tasking is made simpler."

"Zepbound made weight loss easy. I have lost 40-50 pounds on it. Very little side effects outside of a little nausea occasionally. It’s so easy to use with the prefilled injector. I am now maintaining, and my doctor is happy with my weight. I’m so excited, I haven’t been this thin in 30 years! The only downside for me is the cost. It’s quite expensive even with the coupon. I’m not sure how much longer I can keep paying at this price."

"I am only on 5 mg so far at 6 weeks from the start. Have lost 6-7 pounds already. Minor times of queasiness, and very infrequent. Appetite way down. So far, so good... I have pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, 2 heart conditions, and obesity (after a lifetime of being skinny but now can't lose), and my insurance STILL won't cover it! Costing me $500 a month with a copay card, which is outrageous, but I have to do this for my health and longevity."

"5’ 8” and 272 was my starting stats. I did four weeks of 2.5 then went up to 5.0. I am only on my 6th week (4 2.5s and 2 5.0s) and I have already lost 30 pounds. Now, at 242, I am looking to take off another 30-50 pounds. I am trying to be put on a list to have a transplant and have to lose a certain amount of weight to make the list. I give the medication a 100% A+. If you need to drop weight, this is a great medication. Side effects: Constipation. Drink as much water as you can and be prepared to take laxatives to poo. I’m talking rock pebbles harder than pleasing a Gold-digger on a date, you’ll definitely have to take some laxatives to poo. I suggest flavoring your water. It helps. Candy: You will crave sugary candy like Gobstoppers, Sour Patch Kids, Skittles, pretty much anything you can get your hands on. Try dark chocolate almonds and just small nibbles of candy when you get really, really sleepy. Bottom line: It works! It's worth the hard rock poo."

"I started on Mounjaro 1 August. I was 222, now I’m 193 on the last day of October, so three months, almost 30 pounds, 10 pounds a month. I drink protein shakes, and I have no appetite. I am starting to work out because this has inspired me to not only lose weight but get healthy. I am 64 years old, and I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. This is completely a game changer for me. My commercial insurance does not cover it. The coupon got it down to 650, and I’m hoping to switch to the vials so that I can just give myself a shot, and hopefully that’ll be cheaper."

"Six years ago (at age 45) I was diagnosed with peri-menopause and insulin resistance. I put on about 30 lbs and seemed powerless to stop it or lose it! I’m 5’10 so can carry more weight better than most, but still my BMI was high and I just felt unwell. My GYN had me try several things like Ozempic, Metformin and hormone patches. The hormone patches helped tremendously with peri-menopause symptoms, but the weight was still there. Thank God for Zepbound!! My PCP started me on it and I was cautiously optimistic. In 8 weeks I lost 10 lbs. First month (2.5 mg) I lost 3 lbs. My PCP said sometimes it takes your body time to catch on so be patient, and we started me on 5 mg. End of the second month I lost another 7 lbs! That is huge for me! Best part…I no longer think about sugar and sweets. I didn’t realize how addicted to sugar I was! Food noise is gone. Con: stomach side effects started at 5 mg and continue; hypoglycemia."

"I am 55 years old and going through menopause. From weighing 165 pounds, I have gained 40 pounds. I started having sleep apnea, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. I am on my second shot of Zepbound. The side effects of the first dose were really bad, I had diarrhea for one week. The side effects are not bad now. I am sleeping better, I don't hear myself snoring, and I have lost 6 pounds."

"5'4 female. Was 254, but lost weight by working out and came down to 234, which was not good enough. Started Zepbound 2.5 which was extremely hard for me to find. Had to wait months before I found a pharmacy that had it. I just took my second shot. No side effects (so far, knock on wood). I did weigh myself 2 days after I started taking it and lost 5lbs so now 229lb. But I think it's from working out, not Zepbound. I work out almost 7 days a week, maybe take 1 day off. I do 2-2.5 miles on weekdays & 3-4 on weekends. So I am hoping to lose more weight faster. But so far so good. I read so many reviews! I am just praying that getting my 5ml in 2 weeks won't be an issue. The needle is not painful and it is super easy to use! The spot I place the shot in is a little tender afterwards with a slight amount of blood after injection. I will weigh myself again maybe tomorrow after a week of taking it! I have zero desire to eat and don't eat much, so I have smaller meals."

"I lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks and 20 pounds in 6 weeks, and still losing it. Zepbound is working in my favor. I will report this again. Hopefully, I will lose all the weight I need. My back is in bad shape. My weight makes my back hurt worse. Now I can move around, walk longer, and stand longer thanks to Zepbound."

"I have had great success with Zepbound, currently on 15 mg. Been on it for 6 months, 67 lbs down. Went from a size 20 pants to a 12. I have had some nausea and vomiting. It’s easy to use. I’m squeamish when it comes to shots, so for the first 2 months, my husband had to inject me. I got used to it and can now do it on my own. I feel so much better about myself and so much healthier."

"Miracle drug. I have been able to be in a calorie deficit for the past 1.5 years. I have lost 50 lbs, and I am getting closer and closer to my weight loss goals, which I'll be able to hit this year. I am fortunate to not get any intense side effects. I'll likely be on this medication for life."
