"I lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks and 20 pounds in 6 weeks, and still losing it. Zepbound is working in my favor. I will report this again. Hopefully, I will lose all the weight I need. My back is in bad shape. My weight makes my back hurt worse. Now I can move around, walk longer, and stand longer thanks to Zepbound."

"Just under 5 months. Down 36 pounds from size 16 to a 12/14. Almost 50. 5'9'. F. Started at 2.5, of course. Currently on 10mg. The biggest issue for me has been finding the medication in stock. It makes me not think of food until I'm hungry and then I eat a little something. I stay full a long time. I can only assume this is what normal people without food issues are like. I have lost upwards of 100 pounds with very hard work over a period of 2-4 years at two different times in my life. I need help this time around. Even when I was doing well with diet and exercise prior to this medication being available, all I did is think about how many calories I had eaten and how many I had left. I don't even count calories now. I have almost no interest in eating. The day before my injection is due, I am more hungry but still not eating more than 1800c. No real side effects aside from constipation in the beginning. It's amazing."

"5'4 female. Was 254, but lost weight by working out and came down to 234, which was not good enough. Started Zepbound 2.5 which was extremely hard for me to find. Had to wait months before I found a pharmacy that had it. I just took my second shot. No side effects (so far, knock on wood). I did weigh myself 2 days after I started taking it and lost 5lbs so now 229lb. But I think it's from working out, not Zepbound. I work out almost 7 days a week, maybe take 1 day off. I do 2-2.5 miles on weekdays & 3-4 on weekends. So I am hoping to lose more weight faster. But so far so good. I read so many reviews! I am just praying that getting my 5ml in 2 weeks won't be an issue. The needle is not painful and it is super easy to use! The spot I place the shot in is a little tender afterwards with a slight amount of blood after injection. I will weigh myself again maybe tomorrow after a week of taking it! I have zero desire to eat and don't eat much, so I have smaller meals."

"I’ve used Zepbound for almost 5 months & have lost 15 lbs. I experienced diarrhea at the beginning but much less now. What I didn’t expect was that my bladder issues like leaking, etc. would stop. It has been amazing! I went from needing valve & bladder surgeries to complete stoppage. I hope this info will help other women with their urology issues. Even if I never lost another pound, if another Zepbound side effect helps my bladder, I’m in!!"

"Six years ago (at age 45) I was diagnosed with peri-menopause and insulin resistance. I put on about 30 lbs and seemed powerless to stop it or lose it! I’m 5’10 so can carry more weight better than most, but still my BMI was high and I just felt unwell. My GYN had me try several things like Ozempic, Metformin and hormone patches. The hormone patches helped tremendously with peri-menopause symptoms, but the weight was still there. Thank God for Zepbound!! My PCP started me on it and I was cautiously optimistic. In 8 weeks I lost 10 lbs. First month (2.5 mg) I lost 3 lbs. My PCP said sometimes it takes your body time to catch on so be patient, and we started me on 5 mg. End of the second month I lost another 7 lbs! That is huge for me! Best part…I no longer think about sugar and sweets. I didn’t realize how addicted to sugar I was! Food noise is gone. Con: stomach side effects started at 5 mg and continue; hypoglycemia."

"I am African American, age 54, weight 225 lbs. I started Zepbound a month ago after previously trying to lose weight with Wegovy in 2023 but ran into demand issues with Wegovy. Wegovy also gave me extreme nausea and vomiting but amazing weight loss results. Zepbound's needles leave bruises, and I get tension headaches on the 1st and 2nd day after injection. I also feel tired on the 2nd and 3rd day, but I am not as hungry. I do notice that when I eat poorly, I have explosive BMs, and when I eat clean, I feel constipated. I do notice the weight loss on the 2.5 mg dose but can't move into 5.0 due to shortages, and I am hoping it's not like my experience with Wegovy, and I'll have to stop the progress due to the shortage of dosages."

"I have lost 17 pounds in 2 weeks. The food noise is gone. I have had minimal side effects. I am 6 feet tall and over 400 pounds. This is the best, better than the sleeve I did in 2015! Inject in your thigh! You got this!"

"I am a 72-year-old female, 5'7", and 204 lbs. I started Zepbound 3 weeks ago. I don't have the nausea, diarrhea, and other ailments that I've read about, but I've had a problem with itching. From the top of my thighs, up my back and my front and my arms all itch a lot. My doctor told me to quit the injections for 3 weeks to see if it helped. For the first time, I didn't do what he recommended because at this point, I've lost 7 lbs and I'm very happy about that. Hopefully the itching will die down with time. I'm very optimistic about my success and I will continue. It's only costing me $245 a month which is very doable. Taking Benadryl and using cortisone cream seems to help."

"I've only been on it for 5 days. I had heartburn for the first few days, but that's better now. Yesterday, the fourth day, midafternoon, I started getting very cold. I'm never cold, and it’s summer, about 78 degrees outside. I don't have air conditioning. I got so cold that I had to take a hot shower. Then I had to turn on my electric blanket and lay in bed until I warmed up. I started to go back to normal temperature after an hour. I find it difficult to eat. I'm not hungry but have drunk protein shakes. I felt a little nauseous the first day but it passed. I'm hopeful it will help me. So far, my blood sugars are about the same and haven't gone down."

"I have been on Zepbound for almost 3 months now. I've been at 2.5 the whole time as we are struggling to get any higher doses from back order. I have lost over 20 pounds already. My first shot, my side effects weren't horrible, but I also deal with nausea daily. I also had really bad pain in my upper back, neck, and shoulders like I had whiplash, but that was gone after 48 hours and was nowhere near as bad the 2nd shot. And then nothing after that. This past week though, I've been waking up starving, like I haven't eaten in days. I normally eat dinner around 5:30ish and have a small snack around 8ish, and I haven't had this before. The only other thing I've noticed and just read it could be a side effect is my hands have been super itchy, like I'm having an allergic reaction to something, which I've been thinking that's what's going on. But overall, my side effects have been very minimal, and the benefits majorly outweigh them."

"On the first day of medicine, I was extremely hungry. On the second day, the medicine kicked in and I was not thinking about food at all. Also, on the 2nd day, my body was extremely sore from my neck to my lower abdomen. I started on the 2.5mg dosage amount."

"This medication is a huge help with controlling my appetite and mindless eating. It constipates me pretty well, but I work around that. Other side effects have been minimal. I can’t afford to continue to pay $550/mo, but for as long as I can, I absolutely NEED this medicine."

"Started taking in a 2.5 dose. 1st month at 2.5. 2nd month at 5. During 2nd month, noticed hand knuckles tender and back of hand and feet seemed super sensitive, and extreme sweating! I started dropping weight slowly and continue to lose. Awesome appetite control! Started 7.5 this month - I am going to stay on 7.5 for a while. Hope to see comments from others."

"I’m 63 years old, 5’7”, and when I started Zepbound on May 8th, 2024, I weighed 240 lbs. Now I’m down to 200 lbs! Started with 2.5 mg like most people, then 7.5 mg. The side effects were minimal, just some slight constipation when I first started, now nothing. All my cravings for fatty junk food, potato chips, ice cream, candy, etc., are gone. I still eat mostly anything I want, but half the portions, then I feel full. If you are overweight and if your insurance company pays for Zepbound, I highly recommend it."
