Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I just started Zepbound 2.5mg two days ago and OMG, I cannot eat ANYTHING! I keep having waves of nausea that feels like I have a stomach virus! OMG people TRY THIS MEDICATION! My insurance wouldn't cover it, so I paid $1292 cash for the month's supply. I have been overweight my entire life, but THIS METHOD IS THE EASIEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT! I did weigh myself (after only 2 days), and I lost 8 lbs so far. Next week I am only going to take a half dose (1.25mg) because the nausea has been really awful. I am an actual patient and just wanted to share my progress... THIS MEDICATION IS TRIED AND TRUE! Good luck!"

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I've been taking Zepbound for 6 weeks now and I must say that I can really tell the difference in my eating and cravings. I started out with 2.5 mg, of course, and had no side effects. The 1st week or two, I struggled with 'food noise' and late-night snacking, eating potato chips, cookies, cupcakes, etc. By the 3rd week and up until now, I have to make myself eat something. I do not crave sweets at all. I'm up to 5 mg now, still no side effects - at least nothing that I can say the medication caused. I've had gastric sleeve 8 years ago, so I'm used to the 'if you eat too much you'll get sick' feeling. Had my gallbladder removed years before that. I even noticed that drinking alcohol has drastically changed. I was drinking Tequila daily - up to a fifth or more a week (no judgment, please), especially after a rough day at work, but now I can only sip from a small shot glass and may not even finish that. Some days I don't even think about drinking at all. This medication has been a blessing for me."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "Thanks for your efforts in publicizing the difficulties related to weight loss and the great results thus far regarding Mounjaro. I'm 73 years old. T2D and have a history of heart attack and ongoing heart disease. Every type of diet I've tried in the past has shown great results, but at 316 lbs this year, I no longer had the discipline or physical ability to repeat any of those efforts. I started on Mounjaro, paying my own way, on March 3rd of this year. 43 weeks in, with no side effects of any type, I've lost 103 lbs. I'm eating in a far less and healthier manner as I am able, but have no strict food regimen. The same goes for exercise. This is a miracle drug, with terrific results for blood pressure (now 118/68), A1c (5.7), PSA actually decreasing (.15), and I can now walk up to 3 miles at a time compared to 1 block in March. The only prohibitive factor for most people is the cost. Cancer, heart disease, and diabetes don't cause obesity. It seems the profession has it backwards when it comes to treatment."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "I am in the 3rd week of using Mounjaro on a 2.5 dosage. I have lost 12 lbs already in the first 2 weeks. My starting weight was 18 stone and I am now 17.2 stones. The only side effect was constipation, but I have used laxatives to help. My cravings for food have totally disappeared. This is a game changer for me. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager, and since reaching menopause, this got worse. I was a comfort food eater, but now I have no cravings whatsoever. It is easy to inject. I am continuing with Mounjaro, and I am hoping I may finally lose my excess weight for good."

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I am a 76-year-old female and was prescribed Mounjaro 2.5mg beginning in July 2023 due to being prediabetic, 5'3'' and 186 lbs. After 3 months, my A1C was normal at 5.7 and all my blood work was within normal range. I had no side effects at all. As soon as Zepbound was approved and available for weight loss, I received a new prescription for Zepbound... still at the 2.5 dosage. It is now February 2024 and I am down to 136, which is my goal weight and a total weight loss of 50 pounds, or about one and a half pounds per week. My doctor said that I don't need to increase to a higher dosage unless 2.5 no longer quells my cravings. So far, the 2.5 works well for me. Now that I no longer want to lose weight, I wonder if I can reduce my weekly injection to once every two weeks. I seem to recall on the Mounjaro reviews that it is possible to do that and still avoid having cravings that could undermine my weight loss maintenance."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "I have lost 73 lbs in 7 months. I am not hungry, cranky, normal energy levels. I eat what I want, just greatly reduced portions and I am full. Fried & processed foods no longer taste good and I naturally migrate to healthier foods, fruits & veggies. My cholesterol numbers have plummeted and are all in the normal range, I no longer have acid reflux and I quit snoring. I've gone from size 40 waist to a size 32. XL shirts and underwear to Medium. I have not felt this good or had as much energy in 30 years."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "In the beginning, I couldn’t bend over to tie my shoes without having to take a break to breathe, or go through my 8-hour shift on my feet without having knee and ankle pain to the point of tears. I couldn’t wait until I was able to sit down and not get up but just to turn around and do it again. Injecting myself with very simple and easy steps to follow. I had very few side effects, only an occasional loose stool or nauseous sensation once in a while. My starting weight was 248 pounds and I am now 160 pounds. This has been a huge impact on my physical health. I'm able to walk and move throughout my day without having pain from the extra weight and stress on my joints."

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "In the last 7 months, I went on a medically supervised, 1100-calorie per day diet to lose weight. I'm a 52-year-old female, 5'9'', and weighed 282 lbs. I managed to get down to 255 lbs and was feeling physically better, but constantly hungry, cranky, and miserable (also miserable to be around). After much discussion with my doctor (who was in favor of the medication), I started taking 2.5mg of Zep just before Christmas. After 3 weeks of use and despite many holiday celebrations, I'm down 4 lbs and all my cranky hanger is gone. I feel much better - all the noise in my head about food has disappeared, along with much of my appetite. I had constipation for the first couple of days after the first shot, but now I don't have any. My side effects have been minimal thus far, but I notice cravings and a bit of hunger coming back on days 5 and 6. I'm amazed at how easy this makes managing my diet, and it is so nice to not feel like a failure for once! I'm paying out of pocket with the savings card, but the $560 per month is so worth it."

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I started taking Zepbound approximately 3 weeks ago, and this is after having the Gastric Sleeve a year ago. Due to becoming ill, I gained about 30lbs back and was not happy at all. So finally, my doctor prescribed Zepbound. The nausea is unreal, but I tolerate it. When trying to eat anything fried, it's a vomiting situation that's going to happen. But overall, I have lost about 4lbs in the 3 weeks with no exercise. I will try and start exercising with the next mg upgrade. Guys, please realize everybody's journey is different, and you will lose what your body is supposed to lose, so don't overdo it. Zepbound is working great for me at the moment."

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I have been taking Zepbound for about 4 months and have dropped 40 pounds. For reference, I am 5’2” and was 192 when I started on the 2.5mg dose. I moved to 5mg after 4 weeks, and I’m still on 5mg (losing 1.5-2 lbs per week). I plan to stay on 5mg as long as I am losing weight. Side effects were tiredness and mild flu-like symptoms the first week, but nothing since. I am making better food choices and make sure I am in a calorie deficit. The medicine helps me feel fuller for longer and quiets food noise. Before I would constantly wander into the kitchen to snack, either due to boredom, stress, or whatever, but now I stick to mealtimes and stop eating when I am satisfied. Zepbound gives me the willpower I never had to resist cravings. This is the first time in my life I have been able to lose weight consistently, and it feels wonderful! If you are considering taking Zepbound, just do it! It is truly a miracle and 100% worth the cost."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "I have been struggling on the weight loss rollercoaster for a while. Up 30 lbs, down 15 lbs, and so on and so forth. I'm taking a compound Mounjaro with B12. I have only been on 2.5 mg for less than a week and in that time, I feel GREAT! I've lost 3 lbs and don't crave midnight snacks, or snacks at all for that matter. The first couple of days I was unsure if I wanted to continue. I was exhausted, I couldn't think clearly, and had no energy. My body ached all over - no one had mentioned this, and just flat out was about to think that this was not for me. Day 3 and I felt great both physically and mentally. I hear people go up on dosage even after losing weight the first month, and unless I stall in my loss, I will continue on 2.5 mg. Remember, too much weight loss in a short amount of time isn't healthy. Slow and steady will help you keep the weight off when you stop taking this medicine (obviously with a change in your eating habits). Why put more drugs into my body than what is needed?"

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "It works but side effects are too much for me. I started 2.5 injections and immediately felt nauseous and vomited every day. I never felt hungry or had the desire to eat. I could only eat a handful of grapes or a few bites of food, and it felt like it never digested. The constant taste of stomach acid/vomit in my mouth made me miserable. Food stayed in my stomach for over 24 hours, which was disgusting. It's like I could still taste it. The lack of any food made me feel exhausted. I missed 2 days of work. I lost 5-6 pounds in 1 week, but the side effects aren't worth it. I won't be continuing. That's a lot of money down the drain, $550 for a 1-week trial. If it weren't for the stomach not emptying and vomiting, I would keep taking it."

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I have been on the medication since 1/19/2024. I did 4 injections of 2.5, then went up to 5 mg. I will be staying with this dosage for at least 2 months. I have dropped 18 pounds so far. I have nausea for a day or two after injection (still able to function at work). I still have about 30ish pounds to lose, but I no longer think about food. I am also so happy that my pain from fibromyalgia has gotten so much better. I don't have the inflammation all the time. I am 50 and in menopause, I have done the eat less, move more with little results. I am very happy with this medication. You still have to do the work (eat little sugar, high protein, exercise), but it is nice to see it actually working now!"

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I started Zepbound 17 days ago. 64-year-old woman, 210 lbs, BMI 33.9, height 5 ft 6 inches. Insulin resistant, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, sleep apnea. No problem at all with the injection. I don't even feel it. I do bring it to room temperature before injecting. I was terrified of the potential side effects but thankfully haven't experienced any that aren't very manageable. I notice if I eat certain foods for dinner, they aren't digested by morning, so I avoid those. I might feel a bit of nausea from time to time but use ginger chews. I definitely feel full faster and eat less. I've only weighed myself once so far, on day 9, and was down 7 pounds. Frankly, I have been a little scared of the scale after failing so many different diets (Keto, Intermittent Fasting, South Beach, Weight Watchers, to name a few). I'd diligently stay on them for several weeks only to have the scale not budge, or sometimes my weight went up! So discouraging. I'm so hopeful with this new medication!"

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "I am a white male, age 64, with type 2 diabetes. I started with a weight of 280 pounds, but in 10 weeks, I have managed to reduce it to 219 pounds. This achievement has been possible with the help of Mounjaro. Currently, I am only taking 7.5 units of Mounjaro. Previously, I used to take 5 insulin shots a day, but now I only require 1 in the morning if my sugar levels are above 145. My goal is to become insulin-free, and I am on my way to achieving that. I have been dependent on insulin for over 20 years. In addition to medication, I have made significant lifestyle changes. I work out 5 times a week and have made adjustments to my diet. These efforts, combined with Mounjaro, have allowed me to get back my life. I am grateful to Mounjaro for giving me this opportunity to regain control of my health."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "I started taking this medication for weight loss. My first round of the 4 injections was 2.5 mg, and it had no negative side effects at all. I just had no appetite. I lost 10 lbs within that 4 weeks. I then moved up to the 0.5 mg. The day after taking the first injection, nausea hit like a train. I never threw up but was just nauseous. I called my doctor, and she prescribed medication for the nausea which helped immensely. By the time I took my second injection, the nausea had gone away, and I had lost another 5 lbs. I still have so much more to go and I'm very optimistic. I literally have had no appetite; nothing sounds good or tastes good. I do drink as much water as I can throughout the day. I've had no problems with constipation but as a precaution, I take a couple of stool softeners once a week and I'm good to go. I used to have a sweet tooth, but not now. Great benefits, has tolerable side effects, and is very easy to use."

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "Was on Wegovy 2 months (PsA weight loss need) - horrible. Lost 18 pounds but got depression, which is odd for me as I have never had it. Once off it, about 3 weeks, I was fine. Decided to give ZepBound a try, a friend had great success with Monjouro (diabetic); when this came out, I was approved. Having a friend with experience really helped to get me through the first 3 weeks. They were rough. But I knew to stay away from meats for 5 days after shot and ANYTHING with fat or oil - it will not digest. 2 days after the shot are the hardest as far as digestion; eat very small, eat early or reflux will occur. My 'go to' is a cup of mac & cheese, half a bagel (plain) or berries (apples indigestible). No variety for me on this. Menthol cough drop a lifesaver - soothes my stomach. Sugars OK. Diarrhea from some foods, turned to some constipation after 2 months. Lost 27 pounds in 3 months, the fatigue is my worst side effect. Find your digestible foods, stick with them, exclusively."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "Good results. Immediate appetite suppression starting with the lowest dose. More importantly, my food cravings went away. It takes a couple of weeks, at most, to get through the psychological part of less appetite/less food. You get full quickly, and yet you feel like you still want to eat because your mind is telling you, 'how can you be full already, you've only had 4 bites?' It only takes one or two times of being nauseated or vomiting to remember to eat less. I have lost 48 lbs in exactly 7 months, and my hypertension is gone."

I can’t eat much at all, maybe a few bites, and it takes me forever to get those few bites down; then I’m full for a few hours. I have been keeping a complete diary of this. So determined. I was on Ozempic and could not take that; it made me so sick. I have no problems with Mounjaro other than sulfur burps and a lot of gas. I have to make myself eat, and when I do, I only eat a bite of food. I am on the 7.5 dosage now, and I am so lucky that my insurance covers it, and my cost is $25.00."

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) "I'm a 53-year-old male and my weight has gone up slowly with each passing year, so the ladies at my doctor's office were telling me how they all were losing weight by taking the Mounjaro shots. I was a little bit worried at first because of the thought of having to give myself a shot. I barely felt it, so I started out on the 2.5 shots, and the only side effect I got was the burping sulfur taste. This is the absolute best thing I could have done; it's lowered my blood pressure, and I'm off the meds for that. I sleep better and feel healthier, the only bad thing is my clothes don't fit. I'm feeling better about myself. I'm now on the 10mgs, but each month I went up to a stronger dose, but I'm going to stay with the 10s as a maintenance shot. I don't feel hungry at all; I have no cravings, I have to make myself eat, and when I do eat, it's just a little bit at a time. You don't want to overeat on this or you will be sorry. I highly recommend it. A big thanks to the makers of Mounjaro. I've lost 40 pounds in 4 months."

The main thing is to watch what you eat and quit when you are full. The only side effects I've seen are fatigue and constipation. The shots don't bother me at all and no nausea, thank goodness. The only thing I'm really worried about is gaining it back when I stop. Good luck to all!"

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "I have been taking Zepbound for seven and a half weeks now. I have lost 20 lbs! I am happy about that. I love how it takes that constant hunger I felt and cravings for junk are gone - that’s a miracle in itself. I did have some side effects of bloating, nausea, and sulfur burps and gas, but they do seem to taper off as your body adjusts to the dose. I am now up to a 5 mg dose but have opted to stay here for now because the nausea was increasing. I have no hunger at all. I will try it another month at 5 mg and if no relief in the nausea, I will ask to go back to the 2.5 dose. I continue to lose 2-3 pounds a week and it is adding up."

Zepbound (tirzepatide) "Been on Zepbound 7 weeks now. Lost about 22 lbs so far with no exercise. This stuff is amazing at curbing your appetite. But beware, stick to healthy foods and minimal portions because the nausea is otherworldly. I ate too much too late in the day yesterday. I had to leave work early today for the second time since being on this med. Light-headed, profuse sweating, chills, diarrhea almost non-stop and even puking. This med is a miracle, but you cannot mess around. Take it seriously. Cut back portions, minimal dairy, low sugar and don't eat too late. I'm excited to see how far I can go on this med. So thankful I have access."
