For Nausea/Vomiting "I have Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome and take Benadryl every day. It helps take the edge off. There are fewer side effects than other anti-nausea medications and is safest for the body."

For Insomnia "I find that this causes me to only awaken with a severe headache. It can also cause a very restless and agitated feeling, making it difficult to fall asleep."

For Nausea/Vomiting "I take Methotrexate weekly, 25 mg, and have found that taking Benadryl at a dose of 12 and 24 hours after my weekly dose helps reduce the nausea."
