Clomiphene for Female Infertility "I am diagnosed with PCOS around 2012. My husband and I are trying to conceive for the past 3 months with no luck. My doctor put me on metformin for insulin resistance, and I am getting my periods regularly in a 29-day cycle. I started taking Clomid 50 mg tablets from CD 3 to CD 7. I don’t have any side effects apart from minor hot flashes, but they are tolerable. Sometimes I feel like I don’t have any side effects at all. Is the medication really working? ☹️ I wish to get pregnant with twins. Please pray for me."

Clomiphene for Female Infertility "After over a year of trying naturally (while missing periods) and a year of trying with my periods like clockwork (with the help of Metformin), my fiance and I got pregnant on my first round of Clomid. I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome, and it was determined that I was having anovulatory cycles. 50mg for 5 days, paired with Estradiol and Progesterone suppositories. The only side effects I noticed were hot flashes, but Estradiol is known to cause those so I am not sure that it was the Clomid. Any side effects would have been tolerable to conceive our child. This drug is seriously a miracle worker."

Clomiphene for Female Infertility "I am pregnant. I am over 45 and have been trying for 7 years since the last MC. My doctor prescribed Clomid 200 mg days 2-6. He said to baby dance 1 week from the first day of my first Clomid dose, which we did, every other day starting on CD9. I had severe hot flashes, sweating, mood swings, and blurry vision even after a week of stopping it. Well, I had only 1 OPK, no OPK was available in stock to track ovulation, and my basal thermometer all of a sudden was broken. The one I did had 1 light-medium line. I could not continue monitoring to see if the line was getting darker. It was as if God was telling me to just trust Him in this whole process. We just did DD every other day. Well, on CD 29, I took a pregnancy test, it was positive!!!!! I praise God for answering my prayers."

Clomiphene for Female Infertility "I'm on day 4 of taking the 50 mg clomiphene. I have one more day to take it, then I gotta have sex on the days my OB wrote down. For a week, I've been getting migraines, and I've been emotional, crying over things I didn't think I'd be crying over. I've been getting really hot lately. Can someone please tell me if these are side effects from the medicine or if it is a possibility I could be pregnant? I'm 19 years old. My fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and had no luck, and in 2019, I was pregnant with twins and had vanishing twin syndrome and a miscarriage at ten weeks. I'm really hoping this medicine works for us and that I can have a healthy pregnancy."

Clomiphene for Female Infertility "Have been TTC for 2.5 years. Got complete tests done, and everything is normal for both of us. Doc prescribed 50 mg Clomid for the first cycle and HCG trigger shot a day before ovulation. Ovulated but got my period. On my second cycle currently, took the HCG shot already, 2 follicles are matured, with 19 mm and 20 mm. Now waiting for 15 days for the BFP. Hope to get through this time. Though the side effects were too bad for me: hot flashes, crying for no reason, nausea, and fatigue."

Clomiphene for Female Infertility "I took Clomid first cycle in April at a dose of 50 mg and second cycle in May was Clomid 100 mg & Metformin 100 mg with very many side effects like hot flashes, diarrhea, etc., and in all, I didn't succeed. I would like to take the third cycle in 150 mg and Metformin 100 mg. Though I wanted to give up, but when I read my friends' success stories, I was inspired. Clomiphene for Female Infertility "Had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks, and it’s been 8 months trying to get pregnant again. Started Clomid 50 mg, didn’t get pregnant. I stopped for a month and started another dose of 100 mg on January 12th to 16th. My side effects were mood swings, hot flashes, and mild headache, which stopped after the last Clomid. Well, I am on cycle day 28, been having period-like cramps, sore and bigger nipples, always horny, a bit of fatigue, which makes me a little lazy. I pray I get a positive test this time. Baby dust to us all."

For Female Infertility "Didn't make me ovulate even once, and I have 3 children already I had without help, so I know I do eventually ovulate on my own. Clomid didn't help me. On a positive note, I didn't get any bad side effects besides hot flashes."

Clomiphene for Ovulation Induction "I have been trying to get pregnant for almost two years now. I started 50 mg of Clomid last month, November 2021, days 3-7 of my cycle, no terrible side effects, but I have, however, experienced some minor hot flashes. For Female Infertility "Clomiphene was terrible for me, it caused side effects of mood swings, hot flashes, weight gain, extreme sadness, bloating, cramping, and caused a complex ovarian cyst. Would never recommend anyone taking this, it feels toxic. And it did not work."
