Clomiphene for Female Infertility "Clomid did what it was supposed to do as far as making me ovulate. However, I experienced a lot of pain, fullness, and bloating during ovulation time. I also gained 10 pounds during the 3 months that I took Clomid."

Clomiphene for Female Infertility "I’ve been trying on and off to get pregnant for about 18 years, gone through extensive tests, diagnosed with PCOS, and the only thing they told me to do was lose weight. I tried keto and lost weight, then life happened and fell off the keto train, then moved to Texas, and the doctor gave me 3 cycles of 50 mg Clomid. I’m on my first cycle, right after the last pill, I had a headache for 3 days straight, and I took it at night to avoid the symptoms, but got bloating still. I tracked ovulation with OPKs and ovulated on cycle day 20, used pressed, and I’ve been taking prenatal. Fingers crossed."

Clomiphene for Ovulation Induction "On my 3rd month of Clomid. (Last one) I am really hoping this would be the month. I only noticed 2 significant side effects from 2 months taking it: I get so bloated for like 3-4 days around ovulation time, plus very emotional. I cried a lot. Good luck to us! Hope we all have success stories to tell."

For Female Infertility "My husband and I have been trying to have a child together for a few years now, and no success. Almost a year ago, I found out that I have PCOS and irregular periods, so I am on Clomid 50 mg along with Metformin 500 mg and iron tabs because of low iron. My OB/GYN told me to take the Clomid on days 3-7. I'm on day four of my cycle and day 2/7 on Clomid. Since I have been taking it, I have been experiencing bloating and bad cramps. I'm on my period 4/5, and I feel like it's from the Clomid, so maybe that means it's doing its job. My OB/GYN told me to have intercourse on days 12, 14, 16, and sooner than that if I wanted, so I really hope this works for us. I'm hearing nothing but positive things about the medication and excited to find out."

For Female Infertility "Clomiphene was terrible for me, it caused side effects of mood swings, hot flashes, weight gain, extreme sadness, bloating, cramping, and caused a complex ovarian cyst. Would never recommend anyone taking this, it feels toxic. And it did not work."
