How long does 300mg venlafaxine take to start working?

I have been taking 300mg for 8 wks just wondered how long they take to work

Safe to switch from escitalopram to venlafaxine?

My doctor is changing me from escitalopram 20mg to venlafaxine. She indicated I could stop the escitalopram right away and start the venlafaxine. Has anyone had experience with this ? Ive been on escitalopram for 3 years . Thank you!

Pregabalin - Will pregabalin for anxiety help me if it’s dose is increased?

I take 50mg in the morning and 75mg at night of pregabalin but am suffering so much with anxiety. Would spacing the doses help, the dr wants me to increase the dose and take it 3 times a day. My sleep is so awful at the moment. Can anybody help
