My psychiatrist has me on Seroquel XR 100mg 3 times a day, Seroquel IR 100mg at night , Valium 5mg 3 times a day, Mirtazapine 90mg at night ,and Effexor 37.5 mg in morning and my depression is getting worse not better since he added the Effexor 5 weeks ago
Had a breakdown 5months ago and suffer severe depression and anxiety?

New or increased anxiety is a temporary side effect of many antidepressant/anxiolytics but it generally resolves within several weeks.
Have you discussed this with your doctor?
