How long does it take clomipramine/Anafranil to work?

I’ve been on this medication for 1 month. It has worked on my anxiety pretty well. OCD thoughts have reduced only a bit. I’m on 75mg. Does this mean I need to increase my dosage to see better results on the OCD?

I have been on 10mg for 4 weeks now. Anxiety comes and goes. Mood seems to be improving.

Buspirone - Does anyone else have anxiety with insomnia!? Does buspirone help?

Can buspirone help improve my sleep? I can't turn my worries off at night and when I do fall asleep, I don't stay asleep for very long. I do have ambien but, try not to take it very often.
