For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "My urologist suggested that I try 5 mg Cialis daily for BPH (enlarged prostate). He gave me a two-week supply to see if I would incur any side effects. He did make it very clear that treatment for BPH requires about a month's regular use of the 5 mg daily dose. From the first day onward, I experienced significant heartburn, which was easily remedied by taking a dose of Zantac with the Cialis and a Zantac 12 hours later. On the 5th day of Cialis, I experienced excruciating muscle pain starting with my lower back, into the buttocks, and legs. At the ER, I was informed that between 5-7% of Cialis users will experience this and to stop using Cialis immediately."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I'm in my late 60s and had been struggling with frequent urination at night, an urgent need here and there during the day, ED, and low libido. My urologist recommended Cialis, but when he mentioned the price and the fact that it would not be covered by insurance, I almost decided against it. He was quite sure it would help, however. So I invested in the first month's supply, and noticed a difference in respect to urination and the rest almost immediately. Quite amazing. Like some other people, I've had a bit of heartburn but no other side effects. Well worth the investment!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "The medication works as advertised, and I love that, but I must keep heartburn remedies nearby at all times as I get heartburn suddenly. That being said, the side effects have not been enough to make me stop using the drug."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I've tried Viagra and found it worked pretty well. I had some side effects, namely heartburn and headaches, so thought I'd try Cialis to see if I suffered from the same effects. I started off by taking 10 mg of Cialis, and after an hour, I had a slight stirring in the loins, but that was about it. So, I took the remainder of the dosage (10 mg), and it helped slightly, but was still less than I would normally get without any medication. Very disappointed, and to top it all, I've had heartburn most of the following day. I bought a pack of 8, costing a reasonable amount, to add to the situation. Guess it works for some and not others."

"Was not having any real problems, but at 50 wanted a little more kick, so I asked my doctor to try Viagra. It worked, but the flushing, stuffy nose, and heartburn were unbearable. So he gave me a sample pack of Cialis. I took a 40 mg while we were at a wedding, knowing that we would be having 3-4 hours of sex later. I had a few drinks and was rock hard all night! She came three times before I did. Then, the next day around noon, we had sex again, and it was the same way."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Initially had back issues and heartburn for several months. Now, after 10 months, I have none of that. Important to take at the same time every day (I take 5mg before exercise to boost physical performance), and in about 30 minutes, I get massively solid and can satisfy in autopilot speed just like when I was a kid. Medication helps tremendously with genital size and concentrated physical senses that lead up to very powerful, rewarding orgasms. If you are starting out, don't give up too easily. Side effects eventually subside, and the payoff is blowout huge. Enjoy erections and better breathing all day and into the next early morning and day."

For Erectile Dysfunction "42-year-old taking antidepressant that severely affects my ability to get an erection. I've been taking the 5 mg once a day Cialis for a couple of years now. Performance is good, but sometimes I would lose my erection after changing positions many times, not sure why. For all medicines, I am 'Mr. Side Effect,' and this one gives me pretty regular headaches and heartburn. I plan on trying something else in the near future."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm a healthy 44-year-old with no major physiological conditions, but I have been under tremendous stress for more than a year. This made getting and maintaining an erection difficult because I was worried about whether I could perform, even though my wife and I have always had a great sex life for nearly 20 years. My doctor wrote a script for the 5 mg daily dose at my request, and all I can say is 'wow'! My only qualifier is I seem to be having more frequent heartburn, but that could simply be a flare-up of an existing condition due to my holiday season diet of fattier foods. Enzyme supplements, acidophilus supplements, and yogurt are my standard regimen to treat this, and I may cut my dose to alternating days to see if there's any change."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I take 900 mg of lithium and 20 mg of Cymbalta. I never noticed the negative libido change because I started taking it after a divorce. I began dating again and could notice the side effects. Doctor prescribed 5 mg of Cialis as needed. Some heartburn on a higher dose, but overall my erections are much stronger, more frequent, and I last *a lot* longer. The sensation is heightened, I’m longer, have more girth, ejaculate harder, and the sex is so much better. It’s just better. Thanks to the researchers, doctors, and scientists that developed this drug."
