For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Now 61, for four years I have suffered a reduction of urinary flow and an increased urge to urinate due to BPH. Frequently, this would result in near sleepless nights as I arose every hour to urinate. Also, each urination would be accompanied by some pain or burning. Doctor encourages homeopathic remedies and for a few months, I got some relief from taking SAW PALMETTO. However, this effect was short-lived and soon all my symptoms returned. Doctor next recommended Flomax (tamsulosin). This failed due to two side effects; headache and loss of erections. We finally tried a 5mg dose of daily Cialis. What a difference! My urinary problems have nearly vanished while experiencing only minor acceptable side effects."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I am only 24 years old, but was prescribed Cialis 10mg by my doctor because I take anti-anxiety medication, and one of the side effects is decreased sexual functioning, i.e., erectile dysfunction. Cialis 10mg has been AWESOME. I take it about 30 minutes before I am ready for sexual interactions, and my erections are ROCK HARD. Kind of like they used to be when I was a teen. I can still have an erection without Cialis, as long as I am by myself, but if I get any sense of anxiety during regular sexual intercourse, my erection is gone. The 10mg formula is also known as the '32 hour' Cialis, and that description is quite accurate."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I am a 59-year-old male. Had prostate laser surgery about 5 years ago (worked great except for retrograde ejaculation). Can get an erection without Cialis, but when I take 10 mg, it works great. Get very hard, aroused easily throughout the day like I am a 20-year-old. It is the only medication I take. Doing 10 mg a day, but if I miss it, it lasts longer. Great for old guys, makes me feel good about myself."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Been on a blood pressure medicine for the past 18 months. Like every blood pressure medicine, it could cause erectile dysfunction. Happened to me, so I went to a urologist and he gave me a 30-day free trial. I take 5 mg daily. Got to say, when I took it for the first time, side effects were bad for the first 30 minutes. My face got flushed red, my blood pressure skyrocketed, and I had a nasty headache. Side effects subsided after that. Had sex with the wife, and I lasted 45 minutes! That's like double of what I usually do. Side effects were a bit bad the first 3 or 4 days, but now my body got adjusted to it. I feel like I am in total control even if stimulated a little bit. This is a great medicine, but you have to check with your doctor first, especially if you already are on medication. Definitely worth it!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "I found the right antidepressant (Pristiq), but had to deal with erectile dysfunction as a result. Viagra worked, but made my heart feel like it was going to explode after sex. Nothing like that with Cialis, and I'm back to enjoying sex again. Three thumbs up!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "5 mg per day works wonders. I am on 60 mg per day Cymbalta, which caused the erectile dysfunction. I am 38 and weigh 195 lbs."
