For Erectile Dysfunction "68 Year Old Male: Wow, this drug was awesome and worked fantastic the first time I used it (10 mg). I was so happy, and my wife was as well. I would have rated it a 10! However, after the third time I took the drug, I developed the most severe back and leg ache I've ever experienced in my life. It was so bad, I could not sleep. I took pain medication up to and including Tramadol and NO EFFECT. After 48 hours, it finally subsided. I cannot describe how bad the pain was--I'll just say it was excruciating! I'm so disappointed because the product works so well--VERY WELL to be exact. But, now I'm afraid to take it. I may try an even lower dose--5mg or 2.5 mg? I certainly want to give it a try because it was amazing at first! But, I must admit I'm now very apprehensive."

For Erectile Dysfunction "At 62, I began to notice lazy erections. Tried many self-directed strategies including no alcohol, changes of venue, positions, etc., with little success. At 63, I got Cialis prescription for 20 mg. First weekend was great... woweezowee. The least thought of loving had my 'buddy' very attentive. My wife was also amazed. The wood stuck around for the entire event and returned in earnest very soon after. Try this, guys, you'll like it. Some flushing and a small backache but Ibuprofen took care of that."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Age 68. I have taken Cialis for 6 years. My first dose was 10mg. It worked way better than Levitra. However, 20mg makes me better than I was at 20. I tried taking the 5mg daily, but really can't afford the $337 per month. The 5mg daily gave me the ability to achieve and maintain an erection any time. I now take 10mg every 72 hours. I get really great erections and my wife, 65, likes it. It works after 30 minutes on an empty stomach, but the full effect takes about 2 hours. It works great for 36 hours, and not too bad for another 24 hours, and just okay erections until I take 10mg again after 72 hours. A slight headache and/or backache sometimes occurs, but nothing too serious."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I take Cialis daily 5mg. I have been on it for 3 months. I did everything in the book to help my erections from eating well, exercising, testosterone therapy, etc. None of it helped my erections become stable and dependable. So, because my erections were 50/50, I suffered emotionally, and it made it worse. When I started taking Cialis, I began at 2.5mg. Symptoms were back pain and headaches for a while. It took about a week, and my erections improved. Over the 3 months, I increased to 5mg. Side effects are little to none. At this dosage, I get an erection every time, and it has not failed me. If you suffer from mild to moderate erection issues like I had, don't hesitate to give it a try. Side effects suck at first for me anyway, but they go away."

For Erectile Dysfunction "As recommended by my urologist, I began taking the 20mg pill every 2 days. After about 2 doses, I began to have a horrible back ache and headache. I stopped taking it for about a week and the joint pain faded away. I reported this to my doctor and he recommended cutting the pill into 3 parts. Now I take 1/3 every other day with no side effects. Erections are strong and last as long as necessary. Also works for 2 days consistently regardless of how many times I get an erection in that time. Wife and I both can't believe it works so well and produces such 'big' results!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "I've just crossed into my 60s and found that I was struggling to gain a strong erection and hold it; I've also been diagnosed with BPH and was taking 0.4 mg Tamsulosin daily in an effort to reduce frequent bathroom trips. After consulting with our family doctor, she recommended I stop the Tamsulosin and go with 5 mg Cialis daily. I followed her advice and started taking Cialis. My experience: for the first week, mild headaches (not requiring any painkillers) and towards the end of the week started experiencing lower back pain and joint aches. It got worse in the second week and although my pain tolerance is quite high, I found myself taking some painkillers to take the edge off as I really slowed down due to the discomfort. By the end of the second week, the headaches, back pain, and joint pain had all gone and my erections reminded me of my 20s and 30s. My wife and I couldn't be happier.. I would strongly recommend Cialis."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Intermittent ED. I have used Viagra in the past, and although it worked okay, once I had climaxed, that was it, and the side effects were quite bad. Cialis: no real side effects, apart from a little backache at the start of taking. I agree to get some into your system first. Results: Wow, bigger, fuller, rock hard. And each time lasted ages before I ejaculated. Regain time was about 30 minutes, and to the same powerful erection size. A 20 mg tablet lasted 3 days, and to my partner's delight, ten fantastic long sessions. Also, I have noticed I am definitely bigger flaccid."

For Erectile Dysfunction "First time 5 mg and had great erections for 4 days. Very slight headache, but it went away. 2 weeks later I took 2.5 mg in the morning, and later in the evening, I took a hot bath. When I got out of the bath, my lower back hurt so bad I could hardly stand up. This is the 3rd day, and my low back is still ruined. I looked up the side effects, and low back pain was right up there. Damn, because this stuff works! But I can't afford to take a week off from work every time I want to make love."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I’m 55 years old and have been noticing over 6 months a gradual decline with loss of firmness before and during sex. My penis became softer and less sensitive. I’m on beta blockers (Inderal), which helps me with social anxiety and high blood pressure. After researching possible causes, I put it down to age and possibly Inderal. I spoke to my doctor about the symptoms I was experiencing, and he prescribed 5 mg of Cialis daily. This has changed my life. After initially experiencing slight lower back pain, flushed face, and slight headaches, which all went away on day three, I’m now able to have sex with my girlfriend any time, night or day. I wake up with regular morning woods and experience thought-initiated erections throughout my day. During sex, my penis is more sensitive and remains rock hard and fully erect right up until I ejaculate. Within 10 minutes, I’m ready for round two. Speak to your doctor, this will change your life."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "61 years old. I was on Hytrin for 14 years but started having extreme pelvic and back pain. I tried Rapaflo, but that didn't work at all. Cialis 5 mg daily immediately fixed my ED problems, but wasn't a miracle cure for my BPH. I can now sleep for 4-5 hours instead of 2-3, but urine flow still isn't great. At first, it caused intense back and pelvic pain from Day 2 through Day 7, then stopped. I took pain meds from Day 3 through 7, which helped immensely. Fortunately, my insurance agreed to cover this with a small co-pay. Overall, well worth the trouble and first week's pain."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I've used Cialis for a couple of years since my TURP surgery, which left me with not the best results in bed. Well, it gets a 10 in that dept, but I do get the backaches. Stretches and yoga take care of that part. I'm 65 years old and bike ride and use the 5 mg."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I wrote earlier that adding the 0.5 mg Cialis combined with the 40 mg Flomax gave me great results. But, the side effects (which a number of people have reported here) were a big problem. Bad backaches and headaches after about 3 days of use. But great results with urinary problems of BPH. So I had to quit the Cialis for a few days to get it out of my system. Then started one half of a pill, every other day, thinking that I will increase as needed. Well, never needed to increase. In other words, a quarter dose. And great results! Only get up once a night to pee! First time for that in decades. Also, although I didn’t have a lot of problems with erections for my age, 75, yes, it did improve that too. With just a quarter dose. And no side effects. I have been on this regimen now for about 3 months. All good! PS. Initially, my insurance wouldn’t cover Tadalafil, but my doctor called and explained that it was for BPH, and now they cover it."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 56 with high blood pressure and began losing the hardness. I looked for help. Taking the 5mg daily use, and it worked like magic. The first time I used it, it was as hard as a rock. I experienced negative side effects of lower back and leg pain, but it only happened once. Thereafter, everything went well. Sometimes I have a stuffy nose in the morning. This medication gets you hard and keeps you hard, it works in about 45 minutes after taking. Due to the expense, I take it on Thursdays to Sundays. You can skip a couple of days, and it still works. I even wake up with the morning woody. Wow, it's good to be back. Also, make sure to use the free Cialis voucher for 30 days of free pills to save some money."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "After taking the drug Cialis, I had medium success, but over the next 12 hours developed several back pains such that I could barely walk. This continued for several days. I took it again a couple of weeks later... and the same thing! Have tried again over a period of several years."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Take Flomax for BPH. So-so results with Flomax. Added 0.5 Tadalafil with good results in 1 day. By the 3rd day, had to stop due to bad back pain and headache. Have stopped now for a day, 35 hours since last dose, and pain is gone. I will now try one dose every other day. Will come back to site with results. Great to have all this info. Thanks."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "My doctor suggested Cialis 5 mg daily to treat prostate enlargement, however, from day 1 to day 5, I was suffering from back pain with chest burning like a heart attack, so my doctor stopped it immediately. Now I am using 0.25 mg half a day before sex. It is very good for erection and also to relieve prostate discomfort during ejaculation."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Waited for tadalafil to become generic as long as I could. Price for Cialis way too much. Found online and bought. I had a little backache for the first day or two, then no side effects. I haven't been back to the doctor to see if BPH has improved, but way awesome erection and climax improvement. If loving tadalafil is wrong, I'll never be right. I take 5 mg per day by splitting a 20 mg. I know this is not recommended, but it is the most economical way and not supposed to split - it works great, so I'm okay with it. Supposed to be generic in the USA in 2018."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I started this med for BPH, and it worked okay, still early. The extra benefit was the way it works for ED. First of all, there are some side effects that hopefully most can get through as more of an annoyance than a serious long-term effect. Yes, it will give you one heck of a back, or legs, or neck ache. I increased my magnesium and calcium intake, and that solved it for the most part. There should be a way to get past those aches. The difference vs. Viagra is that Cialis' side effects are very mild for stuffiness, flushing, and eye issues. Also, it lasts longer as Viagra wears off. You will always be larger flaccid and sustain an erection longer. I usually lost stamina with V during sex, and sometimes later it was back. Cialis, anytime you are aroused."

Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it due to increasing, debilitating lower back pains - one of the known side effects of this medication."

For Erectile Dysfunction "On the highest dose and not really effective for me at all compared to Viagra. Unable to get hard, except occasionally six hours later, and then only occasionally. Side effects included headache and backache. Only marginal improvement over baseline, which would be no medication. Not worth side effects and lack of efficacy."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I experienced much harder and longer-lasting erections, which in turn increased length and girth back to a younger time, which made things more enjoyable for my wife and me. Even found myself waking with an erection, which I didn't realize I had missed so much. The one side effect was the lower back ache that lasted several days, but it was worth it. It was a free trial, and I received several samples from my doctor. Otherwise, now I can't afford them, and they aren't covered under my insurance."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I like to give some assessment. Buy a 20 mg, split into two halves. Take half with or without food at around 7 PM. Don’t know if it works after half an hour or two hours, but you can perform well during the prescribed time. Sleep and relax. You'll notice an amazing thing at 3-4 AM: harder manhood with increased girth. Thumbs up - harder erection - increased girth - longer drive - regain erection again after 4-5 hours with the same energy, so time for longer drive increased again. And finally, full confidence (similarly understand like this: a small hydraulic jack is extreme enough to lift up a heavier vehicle). Take 10 mg one time. Prescription says it lasts 36 hours, but it actually lasts 3-4 days. Thumbs down - extremely bad back pain, waist pain, thigh and leg pain, especially when you are lying on bed or trying to sleep. The cons last as long as the pros (pains as long as the pill effects last). Painkiller relieves for a short time."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I'm 62 and was prescribed 5 mg Cialis by my urologist for BPH and mild ED. It worked very well for both the first day, but then I started to develop severe back pain so that I could hardly stand up. I discontinued for 2 days, taking Aleve, but then cut the pill down (use a sharp knife) to 2.5 mg each morning, and that works just fine. So far, I need to urinate maybe once in the night, don't have the crazy urgency in the day, and enjoy erections and orgasms whenever I want to. Ejaculation is super strong and productive. Previously, I had tried Flomax, but all that did was create more ED. Extremely happy with Cialis at 2.5 mg each morning. Taking L-Arginine every evening doesn't hurt either."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 40 years old, mild ED past few years. First 5mg dose I took, it was solid as a rock within 1/2 hour, felt very full and stayed hard as long as I wanted, didn't want it to stop, was like a new toy. Was able to j/o 3 times that day and then get down to it with the other half that night with the same rock-solid hardness every single time. I j/o a lot as I have a higher sex drive. Definitely makes it look bigger when flaccid and the slightest bit of arousal can get it solid if I want it to. Incredible morning wood every day. Headache and lower back ache when taking for the first 3 months but now 12 months of use and no side effects."
