For Allergic Rhinitis "I took this 19 hours ago. I’m still too sedated to safely drive and too unsteady to stand in the shower. Plus, my eyes are itching from allergy. This stuff should be pulled off the market immediately!"

For Allergies "Awful! I feel like I've had the flu for days... I've been vomiting, dizzy, shaky, run down, not been able to sleep, and had a sore throat since I started taking this. It is NOT worth all the side effects!"

For Allergies "Bought the Xyzal yesterday morning as I had run out of my other allergy medication. Took ONE pill at 8 a.m. and was out cold and on the couch for the rest of the day. I am experiencing a loss of balance and can manage to stand up for a minute before I get really hot and nauseous. It's now been a little over 24 hours, I'm still on the couch, no balance, and feeling really fatigued. Will NOT take this again."

For Allergies "I feel absolutely horrible. I ran out of Zyrtec, my son takes this, so I figured I'd try it. On day two, I feel a combination of having a concussion and a hangover all at one time. I'm fatigued, dizzy, and have a headache. This does not include the pressure I feel in my sinuses. I feel absolutely horrible. I'm done, I won't take this again. I'm honestly not even sure the FDA should have approved this drug."

For Urticaria "Xyzal is horrible. I’ve spent the last 4 years of my life suffering due to side effects of antihistamines. These drugs are all the same thing. They make you feel annoyed, depressed, anxious, exhausted, dizzy, and just like absolute garbage! I thought Xyzal, being the 'newer and better' drug it was marketed to be, would be the miracle to save my life. However, it wasn’t. This drug is just as bad as the rest, possibly even worse. Also, keep in mind that Xyzal is no different than Zyrtec. It’s literally just the left half of Zyrtec, the part of it that actually works. It’s the same drug. If Zyrtec sucks for you, Xyzal will too. Honestly, I’m gonna go back to Claritin. It doesn’t stop my hives completely, but I am at least not a psychotic, depressed maniac on it."

For Allergies "Will not take again! Up all night, frequent urination. Finally fell asleep and woke with awful migraine, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, and muscle pain! I've been feeling awful all day! Can't wait to get this out of my system! Will go back to Claritin, which I tolerate. Ughhhh..."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I took this medication prior to going to bed. I woke up with my head spinning. I could not function at all the very next day. It felt like it gave me the worst hangover of my life. I would rather suffer with allergies than feel exhausted and dizzy."

For Allergies "I normally take allergy meds, and I tried this about 10 years ago. It did not work for me. I decided to try it again yesterday, and it really worked on my allergies, but I had the worst nightmares and was tossing and turning all night. Then, all day today, I have felt sick to my stomach and have felt dizzy and have not been able to take a nap or anything. Finally, it is starting to wear off after about 20 hours from the time I took it."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I have seasonal allergies and decided to try Xyzal, taking 1 pill at bedtime. It worked well for my allergies, but I woke up feeling groggy and fought drowsiness all day. By the afternoon, I took a 2-hour nap. It’s evening now, and I still feel wonky. I think I’ll stick to Claritin."

For Urticaria "I used Xyzal, and it made my eyes burn, gave me a migraine, and I was dizzy all the time. This drug did not work for me."

For Allergies "I got insanely dizzy (where I couldn't walk in a straight line for much of the day), had horrible anxiety and depression, and couldn't sleep at night. I would wake up several times a night having intense panic attacks, and during the day would feel unreal (zombie-like and insane headaches). It did what it was supposed to and kept my rash under control, but was not really worth the side effects."
