Inclisiran for High Cholesterol "I have been on this injection for one month, absolutely in agony, painful legs, feet, toes, shoulders, knees, burning skin. Contacted the cardiologist, and his reply was, 'I’ll put you on steroids.' No thanks, was on Repatha for 3 years with no side effects. Wish I’d never had it, not having another. Wondering how long it takes to leave my body."

Inclisiran for High Cholesterol "Two weeks after my first injection, just out of the blue, my right hip started aching. Then it got to where it felt like it was catching and caused a sharp pain, keeping me from walking correctly. X-rays showed arthritis, but it still bothers me. Then my legs started burning, tingling, and hurting, and by the end of the day and when I first get up in the morning, I am so stiff. I’m due for a 5th injection in December, but I’m seriously thinking of canceling it. My cardiologist will probably throw a fit. It has lowered my cholesterol level a lot, but I’m tired of being in such pain just to go grocery shopping."

For High Cholesterol, Familial Heterozygous "I am experiencing severe muscle and joint pain, nausea, headache, sweating, palmar erythema, hives, the soles of my feet are burning hot, painful urination, and abdominal pain! Inclisiran damaged my liver! Are the side effects ever gonna go away? I was stupid to agree to have this poison. I'm really scared."

Inclisiran for High Cholesterol "Had first injection 9/19/24 with just a slight burning sensation. Monday 9/30/24 mild muscle aches and spasms in arms, shoulders, legs, and lower back. Thursday 10/3/24 moderate muscle aches daily with difficulty sleeping. I eat a healthy diet and work out several times weekly. Hopefully, the side effects will subside, and I can continue my workouts without pain and discomfort. Since I just started the program, I will stick with it until the second injection. Am not sure if I will complete the program."

Inclisiran for High Cholesterol "No problems with the injection site, only sore for about an hour, then nothing. As for the side effects, I seem to get a cold 3-7 days after the injection. Once very severe, with coughing, but my last injection only produced a runny nose and some upper chest congestion. I have BPH, so it is hard for me to determine if some burning and slight pain is caused by the BPH or the injection. As for my LDL, it has been reduced by about 30%."

"I am about to receive my 3rd injection. After the first injection, cholesterol went down, but triglycerides went up. Upon questioning my cardiologist, I was told that happens occasionally, but it should level out by the next injection. I had to go for a new lipid panel which showed my cholesterol was up again, but not as high, and triglycerides were down somewhat. Is this like a rebound effect? I don't know. The only side effect I had was a burning sensation as the medication was going in, and some minor aching at the site of the injection. I felt fine within 20 minutes."
