For Insomnia "I’ve been taking Unisom Sleep Gels for 3 to 4 years every night. I was first suggested them by my OB/GYN while I was pregnant for nausea and for insomnia. I have no side effects while taking it. When I try to stop, I get serious nausea, cold sweats, and headaches, it’s like really bad."

For Insomnia "I took it for nausea back in 2020 and also to help me sleep. It worked great until it didn’t work at all anymore at 25 mg. I tried 50 one night and felt like I was going to pass out. Threw them away. Now having severe insomnia and desperate, been on prescription meds. I tried this again, 25 mg, and it made me feel so weird, made me not be able to feel myself breathe, and I was up for hours for most of the night until that all could calm down. I will be throwing it right in the trash. I normally cannot take antihistamines or Benadryl or anything like that because they all make me feel similar and make my heart race. But since I was okay with Unisom in 2020, I thought I’d give it another go. This really sucks. I’m exhausted."

For Insomnia "I took 50 mg for sleep and nausea because I'm pregnant. It helped with the nausea, sleep was another story. I felt relaxed 20 minutes after the dose. Then, I got a burst of energy and had a sleepless night. It felt like I drank an energy drink."
