For Alcohol Withdrawal "About a year ago I did a 30-day in-house rehab for alcohol. Worked great, sober for 6 months. Then slowly began to relapse. 1 year later, back to a fifth of vodka a day for the last three months. If I didn't have a drink upon waking, I would dry heave, shake, sweat. Snuck vodka at work in a water bottle, sipped all. I began losing bowel and bladder control. That's when I got scared. Couldn't afford in-house detox, so I got a script for Librium. 100mg 4x a day on Day 1, which was pretty rough. No dry heaving though, which was a relief. Still pretty shaky. Day 2, 25 every 4 hours. Shakes were much better, appetite returning. Day 3, 25 twice daily in the morning and bedtime. Feel remarkable. No desire to drink. Eating healthy and feel myself getting stronger. Librium saved my life."

For Alcohol Withdrawal "I have just returned home from speaking with a specialist regarding withdrawal from alcohol with Librium. I can't stand the endless lost days to drink any longer. The sweats, dry retching in the mornings, the sleepless nights, drums in my head, the moods, not being able to concentrate, etc. Two-plus litre bottles of rum each day! Craziness!! Looking so much forward to my detox next week, new life, new me, new family, forever! Your comments on the use of Librium have been so helpful. Thank you all! Wish me luck, keep you posted."

For Alcohol Withdrawal "This drug got me off alcohol and all the withdrawal symptoms in 3 days. I never would have expected such quick results. If you need help with the tremors, anxiety, vomiting, and irritability, please ask your doctor for a prescription. I was taking 10mg 3x per day, and it was a miracle."

For Alcohol Withdrawal "I wish I'd known about Librium sooner. I lost my business to a natural disaster and then lived on Coors Lights for a year. It started as fun but ended months later with arguments and blackouts...then came the morning shakes and dry heaves. I drove to urgent care last week and skipped the line, telling the clerk I needed immediate help because I couldn't hold my water bottle. I was in a bed within 10 minutes. My blood pressure was through the roof. They gave me a fluid and vitamin drip along with Ativan for the anxiety and Librium for the shakes. Fifteen minutes later, I didn't feel at death's door. Two hours later, I headed home with my sister at the helm (I couldn't drive, I was too doped up). It's been a week, and I'm back to running, surfing, and getting my life back together. If you're sick of withdrawals, get it."

For Alcohol Withdrawal "I've been drinking for about three years now! To try and take away the depression and anxiety. (I do realize drink is the worst thing to medicate with.) As I write this, I had just woken up on my back, vomiting. Four-day drinking session. Not a morsel of food passed my lips. 25/30 cans of Guinness per day. I've lost the ability to walk properly. For several years now, when I stand up, my legs just buckle. I take diazepam too. They are of no help anymore! I was taken into the hospital two months ago. Family had rung an ambulance. I had alcohol poisoning and took a seizure. Librium really helped with the withdrawals in the hospital. I wish any of you suffering all the very best! Alcohol dependency is such a lonely road to walk."

For Alcohol Withdrawal "Unfortunately, I am a chronic relapser and have had many alcohol-withdrawal related seizures in the past. Every time I have gone to the hospital, they have given me Librium, and it absolutely took away all my withdrawal symptoms. No more sweating, shaking, or vomiting. I have asked several doctors in the past to prescribe Librium to me, but they have all said that it should be administered at a hospital where I could be monitored. This time around, however, the hospital sent me home after 7 hrs and gave me a script for 6-25 mg. I only took 5 and experienced no withdrawal symptoms whatsoever, and I was a liter of vodka/day drinker. Highly recommend Librium."

For Alcohol Withdrawal "I was tapering off of alcohol using beer. I caught a virus at the same time. I was vomiting the beer I was using to taper. I went into major alcohol withdrawals. I went to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. It was just the withdrawal. They sent me home with Librium, and my symptoms are gone. I’m only on day two, but I’ll take it. I still find myself craving a drink, but I’m powering through it. I pray I can hold up... this time."

For Alcohol Withdrawal "I've been a heavy drinker for all my adult life, and a mother of 3. Ended up extremely depressed as just could not stop. Ended up in hospital as took overdose as just couldn't cope with the addiction anymore. 20 years of it. Glad I did it though as now am getting the help I so need. Started on Librium 4 days ago, and have a nurse visit me at home daily. It is working wonders for me. Still dry heave and slightly shake and sweat, the second night was awful as had awful dreams and was seeing stuff, but WOW now what a huge difference. Recommend it highly, it's helping me and my family so so much. Just hope myself and all of the above keep up the good work! Good luck to you all."
