"I have been on Fasenra for approximately 18 months now. The first year, it really helped and my breathing was much better. Beginning in January of the second year, I noticed a lot of stiffness in my joints to the point it became hard to walk and do normal things around my home. I am almost 81 years old and unsure if I should be taking any more Fasenra in the future."

"Switched to this med from an IV med. Fasenra is not working as well and am experiencing very fast heart rate. Hoping I can get my doctor to switch me back. However, I do prefer injections to the IV."

"It's okay and better than prednisone.... I enjoy breathing, but I strongly dislike the arthritic joint pain and weight gain that comes with each injection."

"I have only had one injection but so far so good. I love that I am not reliant on prednisone anymore. I feel like I have been down a dark tunnel and can see the light."

"Since being on Fasenra, I have not been sick much at all. I used to get bronchitis once maybe twice a year. Not at all in the 5 or 6 years I have been taking it. I am a believer."

"My first dose did not go as well as the other med I was taking. Not an allergic reaction but I was very tired, a bit disoriented, and felt 'weird.' They called the doctor into the infusion room. Trying it again and will have to stay two hours instead of one. I like the other med much better. I had an extreme reduction in attacks on that one. Insurance would not pay and my copay was $2.00. Fasenra is $75 for each infusion."
