Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "OK. Started dating again after being a single parent to 2 kids for several years. I started dating someone much younger than I. Was concerned if the medicine helped after the first dose. And am happy to say that it did. It worked well after about one hour. But my most intense erection was about after 6 hours. Tadalafil for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I'm a 50-year-old with an enlarged prostate that caused a frequent need to urinate and a feeling of never quite emptying my bladder. ED wasn't much of a problem, and if there were any issues, it was most likely psychological. Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I started this med for BPH, and it worked okay, still early. The extra benefit was the way it works for ED. First of all, there are some side effects that hopefully most can get through as more of an annoyance than a serious long-term effect. Yes, it will give you one heck of a back, or legs, or neck ache. I increased my magnesium and calcium intake, and that solved it for the most part. There should be a way to get past those aches. The difference vs. Viagra is that Cialis' side effects are very mild for stuffiness, flushing, and eye issues. Also, it lasts longer as Viagra wears off. You will always be larger flaccid and sustain an erection longer. I usually lost stamina with V during sex, and sometimes later it was back. Cialis, anytime you are aroused."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I started using generic tadalafil a little over a month ago. It has definitely improved my ability to get better erections more frequently. I stayed sleepy; I hardly spent any time awake the first two weeks I took this medication. After the first two weeks of taking Adcirca, the hallucinations and intense sleepiness went away. However, approximately a week after I started taking this medication, I began having vivid nightmares and disorientation. I have been taking Adcirca for about two years and still suffer from the nightmares and disorientation. I have also experienced some of the more common side effects, such as flushing, muscle aches, and dizziness. As for the pulmonary hypertension, I have not experienced any noticeable changes."
