Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 71 and have been using Viagra or sildenafil for about a year. It is a wonderful drug, but getting the dosage right is critical. I can still get an erection without help, but it had become a bit unreliable. I started off taking half a 50 mg tablet. It certainly worked, but I felt it was just a bit too much. I now cut the tablet into 4 and find a quarter of a tablet makes all the difference and barely gives me any side effects. The half-tablet dose was too much for me. It gave a very strong erection but reduced the sensations and gave me a slight headache. So I reckon it's worth experimenting to find the minimum dose you can get away with. (NB the low dose works better on a reasonably empty stomach)"

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 54 and was good in sex until 53, and later I saw because of work stress and other life stresses and big gaps in the sex made my erectile dysfunction, and I believe one more reason when I was taking some medicine to control my blood pressure, those medicines also affect my sex process. I decided to start Viagra (Sildenafil) 60 mg in June 2020, and it worked well. Within two hours, it started working, and that goes up to four hours. No major side effects. So far, each time I see a little sinus, and then it goes away in 12 to 18 hours, and maybe very minor headache the next morning. In one month, I completed 10 episodes, it worked great with two to three days' gaps. I am also focusing on natural stuff which helps, like goat milk with almonds and other nuts, and reducing work stresses and unnecessary life stresses as well. So, I started on sildenafil 25mg but this didn't work for me, so I increased the dosage to 100 mg. I found it best to take a couple of hours before going to bed.
