For Migraine "At 59 years of age, I have been suffering from migraines since I was 21. I think I have tried every medication available in the UK. Maxalt is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Pain usually gone after 20 minutes, before I took Maxalt, I could be in bed for 2 days rolling around in agony. Only side effects are tiredness, and strangely, it makes me sneeze just once as soon as I have taken it. Maxalt has completely changed my life. Fortunate to live in the UK as I get it free on a national health prescription."

For Migraine "99% of the time, my migraine symptoms fade within an hour. I have had to take a second tablet only twice in ten years. I can function as normal. The only drawback is feeling tired and increased urination, but compared to going through a 36-hour migraine, that's nothing!"

For Migraine "If taken at the start of a migraine, this medicine works wonders. There are side effects such as dry mouth, tiredness, and joint aches. But, as anyone who has migraines knows, that is a small price to pay for relief from the migraine itself."

For Migraine "Maxalt made me very, very ill. It was to replace Imitrex, which makes me ill too, but better than this any day! Dizzy, drowsy, nauseated, hot flashes, so tired I can't keep my eyes open and numb. My feet go numb and my hands. It's horrible, and the headache returns in about 5 hours. Do not recommend if you are sensitive to medications!"

For Migraine "Maxalt is a lifesaver. I have been using this med for 7 years. Most times, I have to take 2 pills within 24 hours. My problem is I wait and hope my headache won't turn into a migraine. Then, when it is a migraine, I take the pill. By then, it takes hours for the migraine and aura to break. The side effects I can deal with: tiredness, mild nausea, and some dizziness. I recommend Maxalt to anyone who can benefit from it."

For Migraine "Maxalt is one of the only things that helps me with my migraines. I have had very good experiences, and it works 9/10 times. I do want to say, though, that I do have a few side effects from the medication. I get a very weak and tired feeling. Warm things also hurt me to touch, such as bath water or the steering wheel in the summer. It's just for a second, but it does happen. Also, one other weird thing is when I take my first couple of bites of food awhile after taking the medicine, my jaw will hurt. It goes away, but it's worth mentioning. Overall, I will choose the side effects 100% over the migraine, and I really like this medication."

For Migraine "It worked wonders for my migraine, though I felt some chills and was really tired that day. But the next day I felt great, which would not be the case after a migraine attack (it was lasting for a few days)."

For Migraine "Maxalt works. Sometimes I still feel a pounding in my head, but it doesn't hurt. Unfortunately, it does make me insanely tired, where I cannot stay awake. Thirty minutes after taking it, if I try to stay awake, I get woozy, can't walk straight, and can't talk well. Usually resolves after two hours, but most of the time I can't stay awake and sleep for those two hours instead. Usually takes another hour for the grogginess to go away. Makes it hard to take during work hours. I will also get soreness in my muscles, which makes it difficult to work out later in the day. But hey, it works and is better than nothing!"
