For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started using the pills on 01/08/16. I am 5'10, and I weighed in at 278 lbs. I weighed myself today (01/11/16), and I'm 270.8 lbs. My goal weight is to weigh 200 lbs. I walk on the treadmill for 20 mins, do 100 sit-ups, I started doing 20 squats a day, and I'm doing butterflies with dumbbells. I'll post back on my next visit with my doctor (02/04/16)."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started using Adipex in March 08, weighing in at 332 lbs. As of September 08, I am now 284 lbs. I lost 48 lbs in 6 months. At first, I had a little trouble going to sleep, but that went away after a couple of weeks. I think that the pill is totally worth it. Now I have really picked up my exercise routine, and I am very cautious about what I eat. I have very little starch at all. My exercise consists of 3-4 miles on the treadmill at 6-7 mph and then 30-45 minutes in a sauna every day. I would suggest taking the pill for 2-3 weeks, then laying off for a week. This is what has worked for me."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Adipex 37.5 is the real deal. This is my 2nd time on adipex. The first time I lost about 80lbs in 3 months. The first 3 days I lost 12 lbs adipex is an appetite suppressant and it will for sure make you less hungry. Also monitor your blood pressure because adipex does elevate it. Try not to consume energy drinks or anything with caffeine in it. The weight will fall off pretty fast depending on your eating habits - just be patient."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I lost 30 pounds in less than 3 months with this drug, a sensible diet and exercise. I had started and quit a few diets before taking this medicine because I never felt satisfied after a small meal and I always wanted to snack. The first day I took it, I was shocked at my lack of interest in food. I would eat, but not with the same vigor and certainly not the same quantities. I noticed my mood was improved and that I had the energy to do things, including obsessive cleaning of my house. After several weeks of taking it, the medicine didn't seem as strong to me; however, my new eating and exercise patterns were established. Good diet starter but not a permanent solution."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am just over halfway through my 3-month Adipex regimen and am feeling great. For anyone struggling with weight loss, I highly recommend asking your doctor about Adipex. My physician was very quick to prescribe it as soon as I asked about it, as he could tell I did my research. I am 5'5, 25 y/o, and started at 193.5 lbs. The biggest pro about this medication is that it almost completely rid me of my uncontrollable cravings (I don't even think about chocolate anymore). With that out of the way, I am now able to more easily make healthy changes to my lifestyle. I have started eating more vegan-like and making being active part of my daily life. So far I am down 19.7 pounds. I feel like myself again!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I love this pill. I take a whole pill every morning. I have lots of energy! I started 3 days ago and I have lost 7 pounds since then. It curbs my appetite all day until about 5:00 pm, then I normally eat a piece of grilled chicken and drink water! But I would definitely say that you need to work out along with it because I think that's how mine is dropping so fast! My doctor told me that if he doesn't think a patient is losing what they should, he stops prescribing it."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "It would be nice if the public was warned of how dangerous it is to have any surgery while taking this medication! I was scheduled to have knee surgery, and forgot to list this as a medicine until I was telling the pre-op nurse my meds. She then went postal on me! Informing me that if I wasn't off of it for 2 weeks before surgery, I could possibly die from high blood pressure. What an eye opener!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I've been on Adipex for 11 months now and I've dropped 117 pounds! I didn't exercise, only took the pill, and cut out everything bad (even though it tastes good, doesn't always make it healthy for you) eating wise. Sugar, flour, bread, pastas, fast food, and even eating after a certain time. I started eating healthy snacks every two hours (egg whites, cottage cheese, bag of steamers vegetables, lots of chicken, Belvita snacks, carrots, and peanut butter, etc.), and drinking lots of water! Do this and I promise you'll drop weight immediately."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Started my first dose Thursday 4/25 weighing 222 lbs. Today 4/30 I am at 209.5. That's a 12.5 lb loss in 6 days! Can't wait to see where I'm at on day 30! Only side effect I had was trouble sleeping. Started taking Unisom and problem solved. I never got dry mouth because I drink close to a gallon of water a day. So far so good so I'm going to keep on keeping on!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started taking this pill on 5-10-16 weighing in at 245 lbs, and today is 6-12-16, and I weighed in this morning at 229 lbs. I have lost a total of 16 lbs. I take it for two weeks and stop, then start again. I feel this is helping me lose weight faster. I just started exercising this week, so hopefully that will help with the weight loss. I take it earlier in the day because if I don't, I will be up all night. It gives me energy more than I normally have, but sometimes too much where I am talking too much and too fast, and I have to do something... Maybe go for a jog... Lol. So as of right now, I would recommend this."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started taking this pill on Jan. 16, 2012. I was a 235 lb, 5'4" female. In one week, I lost 13 lbs. I lost a total of 90 lbs in 4 and a half months and have kept it off for almost 4 years. BUT, this pill will only be successful if you make life changes. It will increase energy and curb appetite while you take it. You will lose weight quickly. As soon as you stop, however, you will crave all the nutrients you have deprived your body of while trying to follow a 1000/1200 calorie a day diet... thus gaining the weight back just as quickly if not careful to stick with portion control."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I began taking Adipex in August 2008. I have been sticking to my doctor's weight loss plan of a 600-calorie per day diet. It has been 6 weeks, and I have lost 23 pounds. I feel so much better and plan to continue Adipex and my diet plan until I reach my goal weight. When first beginning Adipex, I had some trouble sleeping and found that I was dizzy often. Keeping some hard candy in my purse to eat when feeling dizzy seemed to help level out my blood sugar. After the first couple of weeks, sleeping and dizziness troubles went away. I feel that with the amount of weight I have already lost in a short amount of time, this drug is totally worth any and all of the side effects that I experienced."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Hey guys checking in again. So when I started I was 198 and now I weigh 145 !!!! This pill is simply amazing!! I’m closer to my goal weight which is 130! If you’ve been reading my previous reviews you’ll know everything!!! I still have the blurry vision but that’s it. And it comes and goes now. Also. I skip the pill some days, so that I can see if I can eat good without it. And I do well. Bcuz I’m a min I won’t qualify to take it anymore. So if you’re having doubts. I say DONT doubt!! Take it and watch the weight FALL!!!! I’ll check back in when I’m off it guys :)"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have taken Adipex before and lost 70 lbs in 3 months. I ran two miles every day and ate lean cuisines. I was on a 1200 calorie diet. It took me two years to gain the weight back; being in college life gets busy and it just happened. Now I'm back on it and have lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about losing weight. You have to work hard to see amazing results, but it's completely worth it. From the comments I've seen some people were only prescribed it for 2 or 3 months; it may be a location issue but my doctor in MS will prescribe Adipex for a patient for 6 months out of the year."

I just don't crave anything anymore and I want to drink water now. I never did before. I have the metabolism of a thin person! I have 60 more lbs to lose and I am so excited that I will achieve this goal! This medication is nothing short of a miracle! It works!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Started taking the pills on Saturday. By Tuesday, I was down four lbs. My first three days, I felt lightheaded and had headaches at night. I love this medicine; I have no desire to eat. Now I can finally get rid of the carbs, and by my third month, I hope I never go back to them."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am a 28-year-old female, 5 ft 1 in, and weighed 167.2 lbs. I started changing my eating habits 10 days before taking the pill and lost 8 lbs. I have been on the pill for 2 days, and so far, it has curbed all my cravings. It definitely does give you dry mouth. I go to the gym 4 times a week and do work outside at home every day of the week. I drink a gallon of water plus some every day for the dry mouth and to keep me hydrated. I am motivated. I don't wake up tired. I have loads of energy. I am trying to get down to 120 to 125. I will update in 2 weeks :)"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Before I started Adipex, I was 170 lbs at 5'6. I lost 5 lbs on my own and got stuck. I went ahead and started Adipex exactly one week ago, and I am down to 155 lbs. So happy! I have cut out almost all carbs, I only drink water, no sweets at all, just one cup of coffee in the morning. After my daughter goes to school, I go on almost a 2 1/2 to 3-hour walk. Anyways, just thought my experience might help someone out there. Adipex gave me the boost of energy I needed, and my eating habits are so much better. Side effects were dry mouth, so drink plenty of water. Most side effects go away after the first 5 to 7 days."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "After being disgusted with my constant weight gain, I decided to try the real Adipex-P and not the generic version of it. The generic gave me really bad mood swings and made my heart flutter a lot, but the real brand has worked totally differently feeling. I began on June 9th at my all-time high weight of 345.4. I have found that once I chose to eat clean and refrain from beef, pork, sodas, and anything white; I got a better outcome. I have to say that we are all different and any weight loss is a plus. I am not boasting, but I am happy to report that I weighed in today and I weighed 313.6!! That's a little over 30 pounds in 5 days shy of a month. Ya'll, we can do this. We must not give up and stop trying! I am striving for 150 pounds."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started Adipex on January 15, 2013. I am 24 years old, 5'5, and my weight during that time was 259 lbs sadly. Today it is April 23, 2013, and I have lost 38 lbs! I have tried many other diet pills but never had any luck. I have tried to exercise and watch calories without the help of diet pills but it just wasn't working for me. Yes, there were side effects: high blood pressure/high heart rate (WATCH FOR IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT). If so, call the doctor that gave the medicine. As long as I drank a lot of water, the side effects decreased and were tolerable. I would recommend this to anyone who has a hard time sticking to a diet and exercise. This pill has worked great for me. Drink only water, get rid of sugar. Walk at least one mile a day."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been on it for about a month on and off and lost 20 pounds. I didn't exercise at first, but have made it to the gym every day this past week. It makes you aware of what you eat and how much you eat. I put myself on a strict eating plan of all fruits, veggies, and lean meats. I have 3 friends who have taken it and it has changed their lives! It is a miracle pill! I noticed in the beginning I would wake up multiple times a night (but would always have maximum energy all day) so I took a Benadryl at night and it fixed it until I forgot to take it, and I realized I sleep all night without it now! It has helped me, and for me I don't consider it a quick fix because I'm more aware of what I consume. Just 40 pounds more to go for me!"

But, I changed my eating habits, I eat healthy, and maintain exercise. Adipex was what I needed to find motivation to get off the couch and enjoy life again. My blood pressure is down, my cholesterol is down, and I am no longer about to be a diabetic! A happy and healthier me!"
