For Dietary Supplementation "I have been taking this vitamins for 2 or 3 months I had headache, pain all over my joints I didn't thought this pain because of the vitamins and finally I found I have a yeast infection and my stomach is always full of gas I really do not recommend it!"

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking the Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails pills, followed the directions (3 pills per day) and have broken out in red bumps that itch, turn into a rash and then turn dry and flaky all over my body, even my scalp. It took me getting a biopsy from a dermatologist to figure out it was these pills! DO NOT take these! Like the other posters have stated, these should be taken off the market."

For Dietary Supplementation "I developed hives on my arms and chest. I wondered if it was due to this B 12 supplement by Natures Bounty I take oral pill . I switched to a sublingual product and had no problem. That vitamin needed refill and I had another Nature Bounty in my closet so I tried it again. Hives after first dose I ruled out every med and supplement. It’s definitely this product. I decided to google it and came upon this site my ah ~ha moment. I plan to call them regarding this issue as I want my money back and to make sure they get comments regarding this product"

For Dietary Supplementation "Postpartum hair loss:The 2nd day of taking this I had a bad headache but I get them occasionally so I didn't connect the two. The 3rd time I woke up at 4 am and had severe hives covering my body. I took two Benadryl and waited and hour or so. It helped relieve the itching but my throat began to swell and it was difficult to breathe. My husband took me to the ER and I was given steroids and Pepcid. Finally the hives went away and I felt better so was discharged and slept for like 4 hours. Woke up with a headache so I took more benedryl which the doctor advised. All this to say, I will not be taking it anymore. I'll wear a scarf until my hair grows back! Not worth it! Plus they smell so bad and one night I kept belching that awful taste."

For Dietary Supplementation "I like many others could not understand why I was developing a rash on my arms, well needless to say , do not take these vitamins. They worked for a nail I need to grow back but the rash is not worth it. Urine and bowel movements will smell horrible. Migraines definitely increased . These are absolutely horrendous . -10 stars if I could !!"

For Dietary Supplementation "I started using this product almost a month now. My hair was really thin and I had numerous bald patches. It's even worst now since using. I have lost a lot more of my hair this time worst, constant itching everywhere none stop. My scalp now have sores and it's terribly damaged worst than before. I drink more water than 8 glasses of water per day. So disappointed and embarrassed of how my hair looks now."

For Dietary Supplementation "I have been taking Nature's Bounty gummies for over a month. I have experienced dry itchy scalp, dry peeling hairline, dry hard rashy patches on my neck and severe sores on my scalp. My head is now discolored and very white. My head being on fire is an understatement, I have scratched until my edges have thinned out. This product should be taken off the market and the company should be sued. Today was my last day taking the gummies and hopefully my head will get back to normal. I'm glad I decided to read the reviews for this product because now I see I'm not alone, I have every symptom everybody else has and now I know I'm not going crazy"

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking this vitamin because my hair was rapidly falling out. Two weeks I have been on the vitamin, and for the entire two weeks my stomach was extremely upset. Diarrhea, upset stomach, sore throat, and skin rashes occured. I have never had any allergic reaction, or even side effects to medication or vitamins, until this. To top it all off, I have noticed not a single change in hair, skin, or nails. Be wary of this product, and at the very least, keep an eye out for symptoms."

For Dietary Supplementation "I take this brand's multivitamins and decided to try these out since my nails are brittle as heck. I took 3 pills/day for two days (as directed on the bottle) before I noticed symptoms. The first night I did not sleep at all and by the second night, my entire body was covered in itchy burning hives that came in waves. I was itching and awake all night. It is an awful experience. Please DO NOT buy this product. Your body will thank you later."

For Dietary Supplementation "I was taking Nature Bounty Hair Skin And Nails supplements for few months. My arms started to itch a lot and my skin got very flaky and rough. I was associating it to allergic reaction to something but it just never went away. I got extremely worried. Reading these reviews now I realized that these supplements are connected somehow. I stopped taking them in November but the itch and skin condition have not improved yet (It’s May now). I always had soft and healthy looking skin. Now I look like I have permanent damage."

For Dietary Supplementation "DO NOT BUY THIS. I have been using for a couple days and everyday I’ve taken this I’ve woken up with massive cystic pimples. I’ve never had this issue. This product does the exact opposite of what it claims."

For Dietary Supplementation "I have noticed a slight difference in my skin’s texture in just 1 week. It feels a bit firmer and more supple, my hair is softer and my nails are stronger. HOWEVER, I’ve been suffering from bloating, water retention, minor headaches AND a yeast infection. I think it’s time to throw away and move on."

For Dietary Supplementation "I have been experiencing what feels like cuts and rashes on my face, itchy scalp and skin at night, tight headaches, and itchiness around my lips and eyes. These "vitamins" need to be taken off the shelves immediately. I couldn't figure out what was happening, I figured it was a reaction to an old foundation but realized these supplements had been something new in my routine. I will no longer be taking these & have been using Neosporin to help with the rashes. Just wash them with q tips and apply the ointment on like 3 times a day. It helps."

For Dietary Supplementation "Its been a week since I started feeling itchiness. I thought it was mosquito bites or bed bug bites or ant bites. But it was really a different kind of itchiness. Also add the swelling on my neck and feeling bloated all the time. I thought I just gained some weight but looking into scale its the same number. Then I stumble upon this website. I am disappointed I bought and took into my system this vitamins. Never again I will buy a vitamins without going through it."

For Dietary Supplementation "I've been taking these vitamins and had zero problems except a stomach ache but that was my own fault because the directions CLEARLY state take with a meal. As long as I eat and drink the amount of water adult humans are recommended to drink to stay hydrated and ensure that my body properly flushes the vitamin and carries the nutrients where they need to go I'm fine. My nails have been a lot stronger and grow faster, I haven't noticed much change in my hair yet but I also have very curly hair and we are show-ers not growers so its hard to tell."

For Dietary Supplementation "Like everyone, wish I had seen this before being on 3 pills per day for about 8 months. I too developed little bumps just here and there. Over the months and too much itching, I am covered with sores. The Dermatologist put me on an antibiotic and creams to use. BUT, they just won't go away. The Dr is going to biopsy on my next apps. Found 7 new bumps on my leg just this morning. I'll stop taking the pills as of today, July 21st and update if things change. Anyone else experience weight gain?"

For Dietary Supplementation "I just took these a few hours ago and my stomach became nauseous after about 30 minutes. I have felt like vomiting a few times but I have not. I took 2 tums to combat the nausea and when I took these supplements 3 days ago I didn’t even notice that I had issues then because I blamed the upset stomach on some fast food I ate that night since I had taken the vitamins around 1:00 earlier that day. I ended up with mild diarrhea that night and slept with an upset stomach all night long from about 9pm to 12am so 13 hours of hell. There’s also a cooling type sensation in my stomach almost like I swallowed a peppermint. I can’t smell or taste it like others have commented but the upset stomach is too much to bear. Returning these with the receipt. So glad I only took two versus the recommended dosage of three or I would have really been messed up"

For Dietary Supplementation "DO NOT BUT LITERALLY THE WORST EVER I bought these gummies without reading reviews and have take three spread across three days. Two days later I’ve developed the worst condition ALL OVER MY BODY... EVERYWHERE! big painful red rash-type bumps. I’m not one to cry, but it’s so painful and itchy that I’ve cried and sobbed and nothing will make it go down. I’ve visited doctors and nobody could understand what it was. For Dietary Supplementation "I never thought to research vitamins. Oct 2020 was my first bout with Covid (lasted 2.5 months), 2nd bout of Covid Mar 2021, then 2 back surgeries. My hair is falling out by the handfuls. My sister has used these for 4 years and suggested I try them. I took 2/day with breakfast for 3 weeks. I experienced severe gas/bloating, horrible stomach pains, insomnia, extreme fatigue, headaches, my voice is hoarse, an awful taste in my mouth and a tingly tongue (that should’ve make me think something was wrong). I’m discouraged because I’m getting sicker and didn’t know why. I started reading reviews. Amazon reviews were good then I found this website. Thank you to those who have written in. I stopped them today and hope I can feel better soon. I bought these gummies from Amazon. There was no expiration date, an odd color and stuck together. My side effects are different. DO NOT TAKE THEM."

For Dietary Supplementation "I bought this since my hair was thinning. Took the vitamin for 3 days. In those three days developed a rash on my chest and arms (not horrible) but the itching was horrible. Went to doctor and determined the only thing different that has changed was the vitamin. Stopping taking it and will see how it goes."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking the gummy version about three days ago and yesterday had the itchiest, worst rash ever develop on the top and sides of my feet. Like I was almost in tears because it wouldn’t stop itching. I took Benadryl and put a cool washcloth on top of them and it seem to help but as soon as I woke up today they were both itching and completely red all over with hives. Do not take this!"

For Dietary Supplementation "DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT. I took 2 gummies for 3 days. Woke up this morning with hives, redness, and itching on my jawline, eye lids, ears, arms, legs, chest, and back. Ran to the pharmacy for benadryl. Hoping this will calm down quickly."
