"I started taking natures bounty one a day women’s supplement a little over two weeks ago. 2 a day first thing in the morning. This past week my head has been itching like crazy, sore to the touch, and it hurts!! I had my oldest daughter look at my scalp to see if something was wrong. She said my scalp was super dry and flaky, I have NEVER in my life had dandruff! My youngest daughter (16) started taking natures bounty hair and nails the same day as me and she is having the same reaction! We were going crazy thinking maybe it was our water, shampoo, and just trying to figure it out. When my genius 16 year old came to me and said “Mom, I was thinking about what we have both been doing, and we are both taking natures bounty!” I came straight online to see if this could be it and find this VERY helpful site! How can they still be selling these?!"

"Started taking for hair, as it got longer, seemed more was falling out. I had long, very hard nails. After taking jellies, my nails are down to nubs. They have peeled and broken and look horrible. Would never recommend this product. Also, hair still falling out."

"Omg I was so excited about taking these and I started to feeling nauseous and then diarrhea non stop! I never felt so sick. I went to the doctor and they told me I’m fine but again the gummie side effects does include upset stomach etc … I wish I read that before actually taking them. Never again !"

"Day one I start scratching but it’s been a cold winter so I think it’s dry skin. Day two the itching is worse. My husband said what are you doing that’s different. I said Nature’s Bounty Hair skin and nails ! So I did some digging and thank God I found this site. The itching is insane ! Hopefully it leaves my body soon enough !"

"I am convinced these are sugar pills. I have been on vitamins for a couple of years for nails and hair. Recently I decided to try this because it was cheaper. It did nothing for me. My nails were even more brittle after taking these and broke constantly. This is after taking new chapter for 2 years that made my nails nice and strong. Also, did nothing for hair growth. Will be discontinuing and trying something new."

"I purchased Hair, Skin and Nails on Friday and began taking the recommended three pills a day. Today is Monday, and I have itching hives in several places. My lips feel "weird" - not really swollen; I can only describe it as not quite normal. Hope they don't start swelling! Because this is the only new supplement I've started, and I didn't eat anything different this weekend, I'm going to stop the HS&N, of course. Too bad! My hair is thinning and many people report success with the product."

"I have been using the Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails gummies 2/day for almost a month for stronger nails, but my nails have broken off to nubs and I noticed bumps in my hair/ hairline and am wondering why with all these horrible reviews this product is still on the shelves. I got a 3 months supply hoping I would have positive results by then, but with all the negative reviews, I feel I need to discontinue use."

"I started with the gummy’s twice a day and I had great results. I couldn’t find the gummy’s so I purchased the Natures Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails. After taking one pill a day for 5 days, I started having eye pain about 30 minutes after taking the pill. Each day the eye pain worsened so I had to stop taking the pill. The product does work…"

"I had a terrible experience with this product. I used an entire container as instructed and over the course of that time I developed terrible cystic acne all along my chine and jaw area. It gave me rosacea type skin on my cheeks that I ended up having to pay to get lasered. My dermatologist gave me medicated creams, nothing helped the cystic acne. Then I realized it all started when taking the Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails so I stopped taking them immediately. Took about another month for the cystic acne to disappear and what actually helped get rid of it is called Benzagel 5% (this stuff is cheap and WORKS SO WELL ON ACNE). The worst part of this entire experience is that I never suffered from acne before. This product was a HUGE mistake. Never again."

"Took for about 9 days the gel caps, instead of 3 ( recommended dosage) I took 2. Within a week of taking I started getting a red area on my forehead and within couple of more days turned into cystic area on my forehead, then I realized my only change in routine were the Nature's Bounty vitamins. I stopped taking them but now have developed cellulitis from where the cystic area was, face is swollen and sore throat for about 3 days, went to Dr. Am now on antibiotics.DO NOT TAKE THESE! If I could rate -10 I would."

"I used the vitamin d supplement and on my second day I noticed my face was itchy red and hot so I stopped taking them that day. My skin on my face is still hot, itchy, cracked and flaking like a sunburn almost. I hope this goes away soon. Natures bounty seem to have a lot of bad reactions from people using there products"

"Started taking gummies about a month ago. Was okay for awhile and like the others started with all over body rash. Thought it was shampoo I was using, but after reading reviews, firmly believe it is the gummies. Threw them out. If i try to go outside in the sun, makes rash worse. Stopped taking, hopefully rash will clear."

"I took these pills 1 day, 12 hours later I had a neck rash patch. I was confused about why. I'm so blessed to have done the research and figure out others had a negative experience with these like mine before I continued to take the pills. I stopped them a week ago. I bought them on the 30th of April 2022, it’s the 7th of May today and I still have a very small patch, it’s healing tho and thinning out. I don’t recommend these pills unless you want a bad allergic reaction. Imagine if I kept taking them, like I would’ve been covered with rash patches for months. It’s still going away. I’m now on Nature Made Hair Skin and Nails, and i haven’t broke out so I know it’s not biotin related. I’m either allergic to collagen or pig gelatin. Probably gonna do some research but I believe I took collagen before by themselves and never broke out. This brand just sucks."

"I tired the gummies to help with my thinning hair. I finished the first bottle with no observed side effects. Mid way thru the second bottle I noticed dull headaches almost every day. Next came the body itch especially on face, ears and scalp. My eyelids also became very dry /itchy and the inside corners of my eyes always felt like they were burning. I didn’t see any improvement in hair, nail or skin."

"I’ve read some previous comments about what I’m currently going through. I bought these last night at Walmart to try, WASTE OF $6. I woke up with a dry patch on my neck & a rash spot 2 in away from it. Trashing. TAKE THESE OFF THE SHELF PLEASE. I bought some nature made collagen & biotin supplements before for less at ROSS & I never broke out in a rash."

"I started taking this supplement about 10 days ago. I started to have severe headaches but did not suspect the supplement as the source. After having these severe headaches for over a week, I decided to do a little research. The headaches started at the time I began the supplements. I'm stopping the supplements to see if there is a correlation. I did not experience any rash but did have minor itching of the scalp and face."

"I have been taking these for about 2 1/2 months I wish I had found this before taking them I feel so ill and nauseous severe belly pain, bad taste in my mouth, weird rash all over and the hot shower thong others have experienced I am very scared that I my have long term effects from it. "After her hair had been falling out causing bald spots due to stress of her medical work, My wife began taking these supplements and within weeks of use, we noticed that her bald spots were smaller and less hair were left on the hair brush. After noticing this I decided to take the pills to thicken my thinning grey hair. After 1 month, I noticed that my my hair has thickened and my hair were starting to turn back to my natural hair color. "Black". Since I was also using a medicated shampoo for dandruff I thought that it may had something to do with my changing hair color, so I decided to stop using the Nature Bounty Hair Skin & Nails pills for 3 weeks and noticed that my hair was slowly turning grey once again. I was amazed at what I discovered so I stopped using my medicated shampoo and returned to using the supplement. I am happy to report that after 3 months of on and off taking the pills (3 per day), my hair is more darker and have been told that I look 10 to 15 years younger. WOW"

"I was taking this supplement for a month then noticed a rash on arms and chest so I stopped taking all vitamins. Later I tried the Bounty gummies again and broke out in a rash on my arms. Now I know for sure it’s the hair skin and nail gummy vitamins"

"I am actually surprised at these reviews as I read them. This product is super good for me. My hair grows long and healthy, nails are strong, and skin is glowing with no reactions at all. But I also chew one tablet daily. In a nutshell, Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails gummies are good for me."

"I am never taking these again. I bought these about 1-2 weeks ago (2/11/23-2/20/23) and have been taking them every morning. After taking I started to get rash on my buttocks, behind my knees, and in between my thighs. I also have eczema so I was thinking it was maybe a flare-up or just my skin was dry. This does the exact opposite and made my skin incredibly itchy. Now I’m seeing other people say it made their skin so itchy and describing the same side effects so I’m positive these vitamins are the culprit."
