Belviq (lorcaserin) "I have been on Belviq for 2 weeks now. The only side effect I have had is a few hours of dry mouth on the first day. No other side effects since. I am now eating much less than normal and am not hungry. It works great at making you not want to eat. I have lost 4 lbs and am not even trying. Great medicine for those who can't lose weight on their own!"

Belviq (lorcaserin) "44-year-old obese male, started Belviq 3 months ago. I have already lost 32 lbs. My doctor says the results are fantastic. I am actually typing this from X-Sport Gym. I can't believe how good I feel and how much energy I have after losing the weight. I can't remember the last time I was at the gym. I need to lose close to 50 lbs in total to be considered at the borderline of overweight, or BMI of 27. I have to comment that unlike everything I tried in the past, Belviq has no side effects, except for the side effect of weight loss! I no doubt eat less and have less desire to overeat. Now with exercise, I am sure I will hit my goal. I am glad I am a responder. No problem paying for this out of pocket, which I do because it works! Back to my workout."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I never thought of myself as fat, but chunky, I might say. Well, I am overweight at 5'5'' 198 lbs. So, I started on Belviq six months ago and felt it was pricey $155.00 after the $75.00 discount. Well, I have lost 35 pounds and now get it for $75.00 per month as my insurance does not cover this easy-to-use medicine. I had a little dry mouth but otherwise nothing really bad as a side effect. My overall health is much improved, as well as my confidence."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I have been taking Belviq for 3 months and have lost 43 pounds. It definitely curbs my appetite, and I don’t crave carbs or sweets. I’m hoping it keeps working as I have a lot more to lose. I highly recommend Belviq!"

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I have been taking Belviq for 6 weeks and have lost 21 pounds, or 8.6%! Food tastes great, I just eat less. I have had no side effects other than I sleep better at night. This has been a pretty easy diet, food cravings and late night snacking are gone!"

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I started Belviq in October 2013. I've now lost 31 pounds, which brings me to my goal weight, which I haven't seen for decades. I now take 5 mg of Belviq every day at around 3-4 PM. This is my maintenance dose. I had a follow-up with my MD last week and was concerned that she wouldn't renew the script because I no longer qualify according to the recommended guidelines. To my surprise, she agreed a maintenance dose was a good idea to keep the cravings away. The fact that I had a lot of beneficial side effects also convinced her. (Really good, restful sleep, and the end to hot flashes). So I'm happy. The 30-day script will last me 4 months! Love this stuff. I'll take it forever. It 'fixes' me as far as I'm concerned!"

Belviq (lorcaserin) "Still working since June 12 now. The benefits of Belviq are great, weight loss: 16 lbs, belly shrinking by 4 1/2 inches, blood pressure now normal, feeling great, feeling light. Get a good diet; don't think that you can still do McDonald's, Wendy's every day. The pill won't fix that kind of behavior. It still takes a commitment from you; it just makes it easier to accomplish it."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I started on Belviq the last week in March and have seen nothing but improvements. This is the weight loss pill of my dreams! I have lost 22 lbs starting at 275 lbs and I'm 5'6''. It really does make you not even think about eating. Though it doesn't take the taste of foods away, you still don't want to eat much. I've changed several things in my eating to help and pretty soon will be able to start working out like I've always wanted to. The side effects I have seem to be beneficial to me. Dry mouth - drink more water, I sleep better at night, I feel better as a person, slower heart beat - I'm more relaxed and calm. I don't have, or at least notice, any headaches as those are a thing of life for me. Really consider the benefits and try it!"

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I took one tablet in the morning and I was fine until the afternoon. In the afternoon I had a debilitating headache and could not function. The pain spread to the back of my neck. I could hardly move. Then to top it all off, I started feeling nauseous. I lied down on the couch and stay still but I still threw up."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I have been on Belviq for now about 5 months. You have to lose a certain percentage by the first 6 months or your insurance wolnt cover it. I lost that amount in the first month! I am very guilty of over eating, but i never really ate too too much just too big portions. I also was skeptical of this because I felt as if I didnt eat when I was hungry I only ate because it was "lunch time" or "dinner time" I am a complete gym rat and have always been, but never got full results because of eating. I started Belviq at 202.1 lbs I now am 182.3 lbs and It only gets better with the day! I firmly believe this should be marketed more instead of surgeries and diet programs. This little blue pill really does change your mind. I don't even think of food"

Belviq (lorcaserin) "Belviq simply killed my appetite, especially the urge I have to snack in the evening. I've lost 14 lbs in almost 4 weeks, and I'm well on my way to losing 30 lbs. I sleep much better too. I don't know if that's from Belviq or less snacking in the evening, but it is a fact."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I have been sixty pounds over my 5'7, 210-pound body. Started this expedition eight months ago and lost 56 pounds. I must admit, I do exercise three times a week, swimming slow laps. My health has taken a great step forward, and the finish line is near. Try it or stay fat."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I have been on diet pills off and on for more than 15 years. Phentermine and Bontril. They have just lost their effectiveness with my body from prolonged use. So, I found Belviq and saw that it is covered by my insurance. My doctor agreed to try me on it on 06/02/14. I weighed in at 260 lbs on that day. On 06/04/14, I checked my weight this morning and I'm now weighing in at 255.2 lbs. It's so encouraging to see the scale go down instead of up. I know the first week or so of weight loss is usually water weight, but I'm still encouraged. Will keep you posted on my progress. My goal is to weigh between 175-185 lbs as recommended by my doctor for my height and body structure."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "Overweight Mom who thought that I would be that for life. My friend who was on Jenny Craig (it did not work) used this and after following her lead we are both big losers. No side effects except a little tired first week then energy went up gradually. I take my exercise seriously now and instead of losing two pounds per week, I am at 3.36 per week or more. Flat out works, you got nothing to lose because they give you a two-week trial free. After that, you will be more than happy to pay for it."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "This has just been amazing in the few weeks that I've been on it. I have been a sugar addict my whole life and right from the start I have lost my cravings. I can actually, for the first time, go without having sweets after a meal and not even think about it. Along with that, I am sleeping better than I ever have. Zero side effects in the three weeks with 12lb weight loss. I can't believe this is not being talked about in all the media."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I have been on Belviq for a month now. The first ten days I gained 3 lbs and was panicked. My doctor told me to stick with it, and I am now down 8 lbs. But, more importantly, my blood pressure when I checked in with the doctor this week was 119/76, where it had always been in the neighborhood of 140/90. I find that I forget to eat, and I am sleeping better."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "Just started Belviq, slight headache the first day, which subsided, but I noticed the superhuman ability to say no to snacking. I opened the fridge and didn't want anything. Noticed bursts of 'I need to get up and do something'. My first night's sleep was just so comfortable. Will power in a bottle."

Im hoping and praying that the dizziness will go away with time. On a positive note, not very hungry, fuller faster, literally made myself eat at dinner time because I was scared I would get hungry closer to bedtime and didnt want to eat late."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I've been taking Belvique 2-1/2 months. Down 30 pounds and it keeps on coming off. I'm a believer. I took my time researching, and got full a full physical, cardio, and blood work first. The first 1-2 weeks didn't show any real results, but also, no side effects either. After 2 weeks, the weight started dropping and hasn't stopped. Still NO side effects. My advice: if you are significantly overweight, that weight may be more dangerous to you that the possible side effects of this. While taking, continue periodic check-ins with your doctor and get blood work (at least quarterly). Take multi-vitamins. You still need to choose the right foods, but this will help you feel full with reduced portion sizes. Also, use one of the fitness apps!"

Today October 31 2015 I am at 165 lbs total loss of 30! I have never been happier. My knee issues are gone and I feel so much better about myself. I have cut down on calories but have not yet started to exercise. It is totally working for me.. one pill at 8:30 am and the second at 8:30 pm. So glad my Dr recommended this for me! My goal is 140."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "Do not think about food at all. If I eat whenever I am hungry, I am well under 1500 kcal/day. I am worried about gallstones forming due to very rapid weight loss. But this medicine is a clear winner. I can also report some sleep problems, but they go away. The effect of alcohol also seems intensified."

Belviq (lorcaserin) "Just signing on to echo what many others have expressed. Since I began taking this medication, I don't feel the ravenous, physical hunger that I used to feel, nor am I having those all-too-familiar 'comfort food' cravings. I don't feel 'amped up,' and have had no trouble sleeping. The only side effect I've noticed (I don't consider it a negative side effect) is that I am experiencing slightly altered taste. Flavors don't seem to come through as 'vividly' as before, which is helpful in reducing interest in the foods that I need to stay away from anyway! I've dropped pounds effortlessly. This medication has been extremely helpful after injury-induced weight gain. Definitely a Godsend!"

Belviq (lorcaserin) "I am a 49-year-old male, 6 feet tall. Started Belviq on 6/18, weight 244 lbs. After 65 days, I am down to 220 lbs. Never felt this good. No side effects with Belviq, outside of a great night's sleep. Cravings are gone, portions are way smaller. Very comfortable losing weight. Exercise level normal, about 4 times a week, 45 minutes on recumbent bike. My wife started recently. Recommended this to two friends, who also seem to respond favorably, liking the experience."
