For Atrophic Vaginitis "It's just okay with decreasing dryness, I still need to use other over the counter lubricants, but, this cream has brought back my sex drive! It stimulates my girl libido big time! So for that, I love this product!"

For Atrophic Vaginitis "Have been on this for four weeks. First two weeks 1 gram daily then twice per week. Just a few days after starting breasts felt full and tender like I was breastfeeding, gained up to 4 lbs. Did the trick for relations with husband. I'll be deciding if it's worth it ( physical effects and possible cancer of uterus) when I go back for a follow up visit this week."

For Atrophic Urethritis "My urologist has just put me on the cream 3 times a week for preventing uti's. I just started using it so not sure if it will help with this but I pray that it does because the past year I have had one UTI after another and I am tired if being on antibiotics all the time. The antibiotics are so hard on my gut. Anyways no libido and hopefully that will improve too. So far no bad side effects either so that's good. I will be. 60 in may. I always was very active sexually now I don't even want to be touched and my husband is not happy but understanding. So anyways will report back and hopefully this cream is a miracle worker!"

For Atrophic Vaginitis "I started using Estrace two years ago after major perimenopause symptoms. Around this time my periods stopped and I did find quite a bit of relief from vaginal and urethral pain and dryness as well as frequent urination and burning. Have gotten along fairly well with several short flareups until recently when I have had a return of my symptoms even though I am still using the Estrace. Any suggestions or experience with this?"

For Hypoestrogenism "I had a complete hysterectomy over 6 years ago. It has been a real battle trying to regulate my hormones. Testosterone pellets helped some but not worth the beard that comes with it. I don't know what is in this exactly but it has done wonders for my libido. My husband wants to make sure I never run out..."

For Atrophic Vaginitis "I have been using the generic brand Estrace, 1G twice a week for 3 and a half years to alleviate the symptoms of vaginal atrophy caused by menopause, including dryness, burning, and itching. Initially, sex was comfortable until my husband's low testosterone and low libido issues caused a significant decrease in our sexual activity. As a result, my vagina has narrowed and shortened due to lack of use, causing painful intercourse, despite continuing the use of Estrace. I plan to increase my Estrace dosage for a few weeks to address these changes and improve the discomfort during sex. It is ironic that my husband's low libido has led to my discomfort, which now irritates him. Technically, it is his fault that we did not engage in sexual activity regularly, leading to these issues."

For Atrophic Urethritis "I started using Estrace because of frequent urination with burning, and dryness. I started menopause 4 yrs ago. When I use Estrace after 2 days I have to stop due to bleeding, and cramping that lasts for a week. I'm not a fan!"

Called my doctor was taken off of it immediately due to previous breast cancer and she said the estrogen from it gets in the bloodstream."

For Atrophic Vaginitis "I started taking Mimvy for severe hot flashes and it helped right away. About 2 years later, I started feeling stinging, after sex when I peed. I am 54 in menopause. It, did not get better using the Vag Fem pill, so I called back, once the dose was almost out. I was then prescribed Estrace, and I have been using it for about (3) weeks. We finally had sex, and it was a tiny bit better, but I felt like "the walls", are as thin as a balloon. Really painful throbbing afterwards. Does it take a certain amount of time, to achieve the best result? My OBGYN never said anything about any "length of time". Overall, I am about 20% better."

For Atrophic Vaginitis "My doctor prescribed a low dosage of Estrace Cream twice a week for frequent UTI's. Right off I got severe itching but gave it time to go away then got breast tenderness and pelvic pain. Been on it for almost 3 months haven't had a UTI however what side effects I have not to mention the cost. Going to quit Using it I will figure a way to control the UTI's. Not worth dealing the side effects."

"I tried the generic Estrace, and it didn't agree with me. I also tried compound estradiol, but it's made with soy. So I spent $340 for the actual brand name Estrace, and it is working great! Well worth every penny! The first week, my pelvic floor was not happy - crampy. From what I read, if you have been without estrogen, it can take a while for it to settle in, and that's exactly what happened. By week two of using 1 gram every day, I felt fine. Now I'm only using it 2 times a week. I also use it in the morning rather than at night before bed - why? It gives me insomnia if I do it at night! If you read the side effects, insomnia is one of them! So if you are hypersensitive to medications, switch it up and use it in the morning, and you will sleep great at night! Also, so many reviewers not knowing how to clean the applicator. You pull it apart, then run it under hot water and use a Q-tip to clean the inside. Dry it off. Wrap it in a tissue for your next use. The brand name Estrace is the best!"

For Atrophic Vaginitis "I have been taking this to see if it will help with my vaginismus, which is where the vaginal clamps down during any sort of penetration due to a trauma. I think it has helped mildly, but not cured my condition - which is not surprising, since it's mostly mental."

For Atrophic Vaginitis "I'm 54 years old and a couple years into menopause. I started taking this because intercourse was starting to really hurt. A couple weeks in sex was comfortable and fun again. But about 6-7 weeks after starting it, I became depressed. I don't know if it's related. I've been gritting my teeth trying to power through the depressive feelings for 3 weeks now, but it's getting a lot worse. I just put a call into my doc, and I think I'll stop using it. Very sad for me, because it worked very well for its prescribed purpose."

For Atrophic Vaginitis "I have been using a pea-sized amount of generic Estrace since Sept 2022. I have had burning and inflammation. After visiting four different gynecologists all of who kept telling me it can't be the Estrace I finally found a doctor in the next state over who actually listened. Biopsy showed inflammation from irritant contact dermatitis. Heading to a dermatologist this week hopefully for patch testing. Now awaiting the arrival of compounded estrogen."

"I used it for 2 years and it worked great with no side effects. My insurance stopped covering it, and now I can no longer afford $350.00 a tube. So disappointed because it was a miracle drug for me with great results. The alternatives have some really bad reviews, so I'm hesitant to try. Please make Estrace more affordable for people to get their sex life back."
