"I just used it for the first time tonight. I suspect my doctor is trying to see if I really have COPD, not asthma (though I was treated for asthma for some 40 years). I am angry that she didn't tell me this. I don't like the way this drug is making me feel. Here it is 5 AM, and I can't sleep. And my breathing is no better either. I feel like I'm on speed. In addition, the package was impossible to open, and the priming instructions made no sense (though I think I did it correctly). She gave me a sample, so I cannot tell if insurance covers it or not."

For COPD, Maintenance "I have COPD and was constantly short of breath and restricted in activities. Taking Breztri this last week has been a game changer. I am no longer short of breath and able to function normally and sleeping better than I have for some time. I hope it continues to be as effective over a longer period of time."

For COPD, Maintenance "I love it! I feel like I am not ill at all. It is expensive at $1500 per month and that card will not work for me. Sadly my insurance won't cover it and after my second sample, I will have to stop it. I'll be back to not being able to breathe again. Finally found something that really works and it’s way out of my reach."

"I suffer from Asthma and Lupus. I have been using this medication for a couple of months now. At first, it was working really well but then the last week or so I have been having weird symptoms and a sore throat, anxiety-like feelings, and can’t sleep. I’m stopping because I also looked up drug interactions and three of my prescriptions are on the list. Don’t know why my doctor didn’t know this….so stupid! Could have caused me a heart attack! It works well for some but not for me! Luckily I tried samples first and then was given a card for free for 12 months worth because it was far too expensive for anyone to afford."

"I was given a sample by my pulmonologist after I got bronchitis from a cold. It worked great for the first 2 weeks (was using it for about 5 weeks) but then I started to feel anxiety only when I took the evening dose (using 2 puffs in the AM and 2 puffs at PM). Also, I started getting night sweats. I took it for a month, and I'm stopping it because I don't like the anxiety feeling and I think it made me start coughing again. I don't want to stay on it if I'm getting these side effects."

"I started using Breztri and after a few days had bad neck spasms. I looked at the side effects and see that is an effect. Muscle relaxers are a little relief and ice makes it worse, warm compress have some relief."

"I think it works fantastic! I've got COPD but I never quite got over bronchitis from a month or so ago. It breaks everything up enough to be expelled. I was given this by my doctor as a 30-day sample. I'm so glad there are samples to use. I'll probably request this one to replace one of my other inhalers. Thank you."

For COPD "Breztri Aerosphere works well until the 20 th day, then there is a dramatic decrease in dispensed medication and then an increase in symptoms. For the cost, this is criminal."

"Prescribed by my pulmonologist for chronic dry cough, which I have had for about 8 years. I am 72 years old. My father had idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis for about 12-13 years, ending in his death at age 80 in 2005. Since Breztri's ad on TV indicates its effectiveness for breathing symptoms (that I don't have), I was somewhat skeptical. I was surprised and relieved (figuratively and physically) as it has eliminated my cough, using it once daily. This is a worry-free result for me. I believe this disease, which I likely will develop, is a little scary. My brother died from COPD in 2021, having just had his 71st birthday. Unfortunately, he only lived for about 3 years post-diagnosis. My pulmonologist agrees that there has to be some hereditary link between the three of us to develop pulmonary diseases. No one else in our family has had any pulmonary disease."
