"I just used it for the first time tonight. I suspect my doctor is trying to see if I really have COPD, not asthma (though I was treated for asthma for some 40 years). I am angry that she didn't tell me this. I don't like the way this drug is making me feel. Here it is 5 AM, and I can't sleep. And my breathing is no better either. I feel like I'm on speed. In addition, the package was impossible to open, and the priming instructions made no sense (though I think I did it correctly). She gave me a sample, so I cannot tell if insurance covers it or not."

For COPD, Maintenance "After the counter registers 40 puffs remaining, the drug is useless. Too many side effects, when combined with other drugs, like blood pressure medication, can make life miserable. Back pain, dry mouth, not sleeping are all taking its toll on me. As soon as I can find something with less side effects, I will quit using this."
