For Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor "My hair didn't fall out, but it did change from dark and curly to platinum white and straight, which took several months to get used to. The hardest part of taking this medication is that I have experienced significant memory trouble and brain fog to the point of needing to take a break from the treatment and allow my body to reset, at which time I feel like myself again, only to slowly lose it all over again once I restart the treatment. Fatigue has also been a big issue, particularly with leg and eye muscles, causing me to feel weak and have difficulty being able to see and read."
