For Pain "I'm writing to voice my feelings about the new packaging of the individual envelopes. You say it's because you changed manufacturers, but I believe it's about the money spent to wrap the powder in the old envelopes. Whatever it is, the new package stinks. I would really like you to bring back the old glassine packages. It's easier to open and easier to empty the product in my mouth. Bravo! I only use BC when I have a headache or muscle pain from working out. It does work, but the new package adds to that pain."

For Headache "I have been taking BC Powders for many years; why? Because it works, and it works fast. The On-the-Go Stick Packs are very disappointing, cumbersome, and contain less medication. I cannot get the powder out of this type of packaging. The packaging is too small and does not allow the powder to flow out easily. Trying to take BC On-the-Go Stick Packs actually magnifies my headache. Please bring back the original packaging. If not, I will be forced to find another medication for my headaches that will hopefully work as well as BC. Just like BC Powders, once I find something that works, I stick with it until a change is needed. Hopefully, you will take this complaint seriously as well as the many others I have been reading. For Headache "I'm a chronic migraine sufferer. I've been using BC for over 20 years. BC has been my first choice before going to prescription meds. The new packaging gives me a headache. There isn't an easy way to take it. It either stays in the wrapper or spills out. Why did the manufacturer find it necessary to change the already perfect, easy-to-use product? Bring back the old packaging or give us a choice."

For Headache "My wife and I have used BC powders for over 40 years. Our grandparents used BC powders. The new packaging sucks. Big marketing mistake! We use it for: fevers - excellent. Headaches - excellent. Arthritis - excellent. Muscle aches - excellent. NOW... it gives us a headache to use it. They may as well have changed it from a powder to a pill. Did they test this new packaging on long-time users? Please change it back or at least give us a choice. They were already easy to carry, dummies."

For Headache "BC powders are the best for headaches. But with new packs, it is not worth the effort to get the powder out, it is less stressful to take an aspirin and chew it up to get rid of the headache. The damn pack gives me a headache trying to get it out without spilling it everywhere. It’s a shame, now I have to go to another product."

For Headache "Used to be great. This new package is horrible. Go back to the old package so we can get on with getting rid of body and headaches. Takes sometimes three goes to get it all out, and that’s with ripping the package open, etc. Used to be able to just unfold, pour, and swallow - could do it driving down the road. Now it’s a huge ordeal."

For Headache "The new packaging is so horrible!!! I used to buy the old packaging on my way to work when I had a bad headache. It only took a few seconds to take in my car, and then I was on my way to work. Now, with the new packaging, I am stuck in my car forever, trying for way too long to open this stupid new packaging! I get so frustrated trying to tear open all the edges because that is the only way to get all the powder out. Then I recently noticed I have to take 2 for my headache to even go away!!!! What? Whoever came up with this new packaging design and formula was a pure ‘genius’!! I’m done with buying this new product."

For Pain "Ok, first of all, aside from the packaging, the taste has changed, yes, it's always been bitter, but now it tastes like a cheap brand of aspirin, less effective, and instead of getting rid of my headaches, it now gives me one. I suggest going back to its original formula, this new one doesn't work. And I'd prefer you to bring back the smaller boxes, I don't like having to buy 50 packs at once."
