Severe back pain was given Meloxicam for it by doctor its not helping so i want to try something to take with it maybe some tropical treatment cream such as Capsaicin,or Eucalypitus oil,or something .
Can you take Meloxicam with Tylenol?

There is no interaction between the two. If you are suffering from severe back pain, Baclofen might be a better choice for dealing with back pain. Be careful with Capsacicin cream as it can irritate your skin to quite an extent. Voltaren is a gel to treat back pain, and it is likely not to irritate your skin. Talk to your doctor about this gel as it requires prescription slip.
Are you taking the meloxicam every day? The creams are fine. Be careful with capsaicin it makes people burn sometimes. Try it on a small spot first. Stay away from creams with salicylate because it may add to the side effect of bleeding from meloxicam. Heat usually helps too.
