What would Prochlorperazine 10mg show up as in a urine drug screening test?

There have been reports of Promethazine (a drug simalar in structure to prochlorperazine) creating a false positive in urine drug screens for amphetamines. Whether prochlorperazine can cause a false positive is less clear.

Thank you so much!

I am on probation and I was told that there were traces of Cocaine in my system. I informed my probation agent that I have never done cocaine! He did not believe me, which resulted in me being put in jail for two days!

I had suffered from a migrane about 4 weeks prior that lasted 3 weeks. My doctor gave me a combination of two medication one of them being Prochlorperazine.

If your answer is correct, then that could be what caused me to test positive for Cocaine.

Thank you so much for all your help! I greatly appreciate it!
