Dexatrim, Advil, Aleve. And interestingly enough "MELANIN" has a similar molecular structure to that of a THC metabolite... which can also cause a false positive for cannabis. A kidney infection or disease or Liver disease can also cause a false positive for THC
The following drugs can cause a false positive for THC:
Dronabinol (Marinol)
Ibuprofen; (Advil, Nuprin, Motrin, Excedrin IB etc)
Ketoprofen (Orudis KT)
Kidney infection (Kidney disease, diabetes) Liver Disease
Naproxen (Aleve)
Promethazine (Phenergan, Promethegan)
Riboflavin (B2, Hempseed Oil)
I hope this help! Good Luck!
