Pristiq may cause false changes in laboratory tests, False-positive urine immunoassay screening tests for phencyclidine (PCP) and amphetamine have been reported in patients taking desvenlafaxine. This is due to lack of specificity of the screening tests. False positive test results may be expected for several days following discontinuation of desvenlafaxine therapy.
So you would want to let the place to know your taking this so that they can make the adjustment so that it won't come out this way and may need something from your doctor.
