The Vyvanse may make you show a positive for amphetamines as it is a prodrug of amphetamine. The list of drugs are what is tested for in the drug screening and the levels tested. If you have a prescription for the Vyvanse be sure to inform the drug tester that you take the Vyvanse and show them the prescription to clear up any confusion.
