Yes, as long as they are clear (not like a Chocolate Nip or Caramel Nip and definitely not with a filling in the center). Also, make sure they are not red or purple in color. To be safe, just go with a plain old fashioned green, yellow or orange hard candy or lollipop. You can suck on them (don't chew them like food).
