Pill splitter-I need something to cut my pills into quarters-anything out there like this?

Hi there, I am on a medication that I have to cut and using a razor blade doesnt always guarentee I get decent halves. Is there something to make a pill into 4 pieces? Thanks!

My son a recovering herion addict is taking suboxone illegally and only occasionly(so he says) HIs behavior is irratic, appears to have an extreme amount of energy, cannot ficus and appears overly happy. Are these the signs of someone using suboxone?
