What is the difference between clinical pharmacy and medical/clinical pharmacology?

I am a graduate from faculty of medicine and hold a medical doctorate degree in pharmacology I want to know the difference between clinical pharmacy and medical/clinical pharmacology

Should I start taking 25mg Zoloft at night then switch to morning after a week or two?

If so, on the day I switch should I skip that night and take it right when I get up in the morning? I'm just really skeptic about taking medicine for my PTSD. I am 19 btw
