Anyone experienced neck, shoulder and arm pain (muscle or spasm) while on Lexapro?

Will it be hard to taper off of 5 mg of Lexapro? I have taken it for about a year and a half.

I am on the liquid and started at only 2 mg because I am very sensitive to medication

It's day 2 of Lexapro and my ears and cheeks feel like they're burning the feeling comes and goes along with slight increase in heart rate.

I’m terrified to try another anti depressant after having the racing heart with both that I’ve tried. Has anyone tried one that doesn’t cause a racing heart?
