I have run out of my Lexapro and won't be able to get a refill until tomorrow

I usually take my dose at night (9pm). Can I take the missed dose in the morning when I get a refill (9am) or should I just wait until the evening?

Safe to switch from escitalopram to venlafaxine?

My doctor is changing me from escitalopram 20mg to venlafaxine. She indicated I could stop the escitalopram right away and start the venlafaxine. Has anyone had experience with this ? Ive been on escitalopram for 3 years . Thank you!

Has anyone felt shaky after taking the first dose of escitalopram?

If so, do I need to talk to my doctor about it or will it go away as I get used to the medication?

Will it change how I absorb a 10mg coated escitalopram oxalate tablet to break it in half?

I want to decrease my dosage and it is the weekend and I don't know if this medicine is time release? Is it?
