Hi, VeeMM!
I'm guessing you're asking about the side effects? These are the most common ones:
"Common side effects of Lexapro include: diarrhea, drowsiness, headache, insomnia, nausea. Other side effects include: constipation, dizziness, dyspepsia, fatigue."
I'm hesitant to give you this link to the POTENTIAL side effects of Lexapro because many people think that they'll experience all or most of them or after reading them they'll suddenly "develop"
them. It's mind over matter and usually your anxiety talking.

Hi Wildcatvet,

Ive been having insomnia the past 2 days and very anxious. I’m barely on my 4th day.. I’ll be sticking to it! Ive also had headaches and want to know if I can take Advil with it? Since Advil makes me sleepy.

There is a moderate risk for increased bleeding... you'd want to watch for unusual bleeding or bruising. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about the risk. Tylenol would be a better choice for your headaches but I doubt it would make you sleepy.
Insomnia and new or increased anxiety are common when starting an antidepressant/anxiolytic and usually subside after just days to a week or so. You could also ask your pharmacist for a OTC remedy for your insomnia that won't interact with the Lexapro.
Good for you for wanting to stick with it! I think you'll be happy with how you feel as the medication kicks in. Most people will begin to see some improvement in the first couple of weeks.

Question.. how much Tylenol mg can I take with 10mg of lexapro?

WildcatVet 29 Oct 2021

I don't know if the risk is dose dependent or not. The recommended dosage is 325mg to 1000mg every 4-6 hours. I suppose you'd want to try to stick with the lowest dose if it works to control your pain but I'd suggest that you ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
