My doctor told me to take Vyvanse right when I wake up because it causes insomnia. But what if I want to take a Zumba class at the gym in the morning? Or at like11am or noon, I want to work out. Should I take the Vyvanse and then work out? That sounds like a bad idea for my heart

Ondansetron - Gastroparesis problem - question on dosage of Zofran?

My gastroparesis started acting up and my Doctor sent me 4mg of Zofran. It didn’t work and gave me a headache. Can I increase the dosage to 8mg safely and will taking Tylenol or Ibuprofen help with the headaches.
