Chronic fatigue, depression and Adderall?

Anyone taking Adderall with antidepressants? Thinking of going of going on Adderall with my antidepressants but not sure how to bring it up to my doctor?

I have been prescribed the above patch for chronic pain 10 mcg. I also take Percocet and Neurontin - for at least 30 years. Will I be OK? I also know you have to be careful with heat. Does diarrhea go away after being on Trulance a while?
