Is betamethasone effective for auto-immune skin disease?

I have bullous pemphigoid on my legs. It is partially controlled by elastic stockings. Is it safe to use this topical steroid (combined with gentamicin) if I also have chronic kidney disease?

I am fearful of cancer with Xolair!?

I am 44 years old I have had chronic urticaria since 17 years old, diagnosed by my Dr I also have Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism. Xolair was just mentioned to me so I started reading about it and my only real fear is cancer has anyone experienced cancer with use of this drug?

Has anyone experienced chronic itching with Xeljanz but no rash a few months after taking it?

I have developed chronic itching all over my body. I stopped it a month ago but itching persists .My blood work is fine.

Hello, I have been put on long term doxycycline 50 mg for dry eye/chronic blepharitis.

Will drinking alcohol be harmful on this low dose? Not daily of course, but maybe once or twice a week? Also, antibiotic resistance with this low of a dose would not be a concern, correct?
