How safe is amitriptyline for someone with osteoporosis?

My wife has had osteoporosis for15 years last scan showed -3.4. Her doctor has recommended amitriptyline for fibromyalgia which she has had for30 years, will it make the osteoporosis worse?

... with insomnia and TMJ pain. Is LDN something that can be taken for a short period of time? Does it have a ton of reactions with other things such as gabapentin or alcohol? Both are only taken were used occasionally. Does this medication tend to help well with sleep anxiety and pain?

I take 10mg of amitriptyline daily. Would it be okay for me to take Azo pain relief? Last time I have taken Uro-MP with amitriptyline and it increased my heart rate. Just wondering if Azo would do the same thing?

When to take medications with interactions?

Take levothyroxine, Pantoprazole, Cholestyramine, Amitriptyline, that interact with each other. Especially Levothyroxine and Pantoprazole which I should take in morning on empty stomach at 4 hours apart and wait at 1/2 to hour to eat. What should I do?

I have also gained weight, vivid dreams, and sleeping a lot. I've been taking it in the morning as I forget at night but am thinking I need to switch. I just saw somewhere that my hoarseness might be caused by it.
