How long does it take the extra 50mg to kick in. I have been on these med for at least 3 years and it made me whole again. I am experiencing depression again, that is the reason for the the extra 50mg.

Hello, sorry to hear you are not doing well. A therapeutic dose is achieved in 4-6 weeks, you will already have 100mg in your system. So the additional 50mg would take 4-6 weeks before the effects are felt.
